The problem with our Judiciary is that the penalty meted out by them is so small that it really does not make any difference to the accused. With these useless banks like SBI who dont give a damn for Supreme Court Judgements what sanctity will they have for SOPs. This bank has been hounded by various Courts for Contempt of Court...... but who cares a DAMN. Just imagine the plight of the Aam Aadmi who is not even educated. How will they fight these bureaucratic organization's like SEBI/BSE/NSE/AMFI/AMC/BANKs etc., Very very Tragic mam.
Writing a will makes a person to commit himself to assigning his assets to XYZ which he really, heart of heart, does NOT want to do and make public. How very foolish. You have hit the bull's eye mam. The middle-class are not a force to reckon. We really do not have the huge vote-bank for our godforsaken politicians to raise an eyebrow to take the bull by the horns. Not a single politician has the GUTS to handle this problem for the simple reason that this particular class of Vote Bank does not make a huge dent during any Election. 1:29:05 this Maharashtra rti website charges ₹5 as transaction fees and does not cover bmc. more than 50% problems in mumbai are because of inaction from bmc and their corroupt officers. over and above they break the back of rti by charging 5₹ transaction fees for 10₹ rti. I understand writing a letter and posting costs more but still this 5₹ is irrelevant fees.

Supreme Court judge Justice B.V. All these years we are forced to follow the 1886 Laws created by British to protect Britishers not Bharathiyas/Indians and we are well educated to make mockery on our own country and Laws created for our own use.... very pathetic. Most bldg. do not have approved model bye laws,free hold land ,no proper tendering system for appointment of PMC,Advocates , CA, Builder,architect approval by following laid down procedures but take approval of sec.79A from Gen. Body.So most society's if the they face losing building no one to blame now cluster development anther racket and possession after min. 5 to 10 years.
MOST OF members in society do not understand English or Marathi but are M.C.members but builders, convince mc members,buy advocates,on false oral promises cheat and demolish existing bldg. even the title of building is on municipal lease.
