You can start with selenium, zinc, L tyrosine, iodine after consulting a functional nutritionist. Also work on your liver cleanse by adding more cooked form of cruciferous (its safe to eat in thyroid after cooking), have more green vegetables. If you gut is affected then improve that also as t3 activates in liver and gut. If t3 still doesnt improve then a functional doctor can give medicine for t3. Conventional doctors might not know about this.

Thanks for the healthier information about stomach diseases. However, doctors can not understand that patients have a problem of high acidity or low acidity. After listening to your Lecture it cleared that what we call high acidity is actually low acidity.
