What permissions does "tessa" have, I am sure it's not just 'recruiter', it's also 'regional admin' and 'super user'. Which makes permissions for all recruiters that want metrics rubbish and data privacy non-compliant. SAP Successfactors themselves don't use their own standard setup. They only use 3rd party addons internally on their own software.

Hello, thanks for this video, can you please let me know the actual use of updating org data from EC to LMS separately via integration center because once we export user data from EC to LMS then Org data also gets imported in LMS (subject to connector mapping done in LMS). In this scenario do we really need to update org data separately until we are not creating any org structure in LMS? Thanks, Amit
