I make curated day vlogs (like the Vlogbrothers), comedy skits (like Chris Fleming), Nintendo stuff, queer stuff, and apparently Yugioh stuff now. Something for everyone!
Hello, I've been trying to make synchron a viable strategy for... years now. I ended up giving up on the deck and have had success with other strategies. Uhh, my friend didn't give up. He absolutely refuses to use other decks and he doesn't change his list all that often. My point with this comment is a question: have you ever considered making a video on synchrons? I'm sure my friend and myself would appreciate your input. Hopefully you read this?
Your voice has a suuuuuuuper energetic and peppy quality to it that's frankly infectious in the best of ways I feel like your yugioh content would really work well to re-ignite the burnt out flames of ex-duelists bored to death with the endless rush of meta powercreep and breathes in a fresh air of fun and diverse gameplay :) Keep at it 🎉
Mathematically beautiful but when you rarely see turn 3 and less often turn 4 multiple copy’s is to increase starting had odds of winning cause we only got one more draw phase anyway 😅
I probably overestimate how difficult Yugioh is to learn, but there are definitely MANY easier decks than this. Noble Knight isn't the trickiest combo deck (at least if you have Master Duel executing the effects for you), but it is very mechanically complex, with an overwhelming number of options. I would recommend it only if you really love the cards and don't mind a long learning curve.
If you know plant synchro and this video made sense to you, then you'll be fine! The synchro plays here are linear though--if you're pining for the more open-ended style, check out Synchron/Stardust, T.G., and Speedroid. I miss Reborn Tengu. He did nothing wrong.
You'll find much better Dark World players elsewhere--I only know it as a silly solitaire deck for YGOPRO, with Ken & Gen. I'm bothered that it's dirt cheap now EXCEPT for the Triple Tactics spells... It's one of the most lopsided decks ever, so I don't enjoy it. I wonder if a control build would work, with Neko Mane King, searched by Melffy Catty. But maybe that requires resolving the same cards as a Sillva Loop. Up the consistency with more Melffies and Nimbles to discard to make Gigantic Spright... but now it's a big mess.
no but for real i've had people tell me that fake hero is a bad card but i honestly have never had it brick me as a hero player its always just oop shadow mist now deadass pure masked heros works if you it right
Fake Hero! What a great idea! And here I was fumbling for more ways to search a once-per-turn Cross Keeper. I can think of a lot of hands that could've been improved with that quick special summon.
I have some 100-card Hero piles on YGOPRO and I know most of the plays, but I'm a long way from understanding them on an optimized level. I can't resist playing the silly anime references.
@@MarkThePage neither can I what I like to do is I have 7 different hero decks and aside from some starters they all have wildly different construction
We are all together that we need a mod where the songs have a voice and this guy is the one who sings it? Cuz it will be so good- (the songs that have in game lyrics, i don't want to ask for too much)
So I've been watching the VOD for this, and you mentioned a new ancient city rainbow ruins printing, and I was wondering: I've not played much in a number of years, but I used to run a Crystal Hamon deck like 10 years ago, and I'm curious why you don't use ancient city rainbow ruins in this deck? Thanks for the ygo content, it's entertaining, and it's cool to see they added yubel's advanced crystals to the game!
The Advanced Crystal Beasts require Advanced Dark, so tragically they lose the ability to play other fields. I do use Rainbow Ruins in most of my non-Advanced builds.
For combo plays, the closest options are Revolution Synchron -> Crystal Wing or Arc Light; Knightmare Gryphon; or Kyotou Waterfront -> Gameciel summoned to your field by Saryuja.
you can also just make a deck with no handtraps but thats just me. sometimes my opponent has cards that do nothing because i aint using ash or something like that.
"How to do well at a tournament" yugituber comparison: MBT: expect the round to go to time so make sure to exploit that. Never play a control deck. MarkThePage: Take care of your health. Make plan to have a have fun
The clips are from 2022--I haven't vlogged any tournaments since then. These days I'm usually the only one still masking up, but hey, it's free and I save on makeup.
Seriously!? I tried to pick clips where other people wouldn't be identifiable. Yet one of my friends spotted himself in a distant crowd from just a few friggin pixels!
I like your funny words, magic man! Seriously Mark, I've just discovered your channel in past few weeks and have subscribed! I really vibe with your humor, and the calm knowledgeable authority you bring to these vids. Please keep up the awesome work.
As someone who struggles often with insomnia, the only sure solution I've found is to bring my laptop to bed working on something important, with an imminent deadline. Then I tell myself I'm just going to rest my eyes for ONE minute before I sit back up..........
No, THIS is a grate tip: If you soften the cheese by warming it first, it'll be much easier to grate. If you're cooking, even holding it over a pot of boiling water for a few seconds will be enough to soften it.
