@SambaCaramaba my rule is that if I can do the same weight for 2 sessions with perfect form then I can raise it. I use a linear periodization, that ends with my competition, and then I start again

I agree she’s strong 💪 but many of the guys who got defeated , had big toned forearms and biceps when compared to her , allowing them to most probably win the match which didn’t happen coz they did not know the right technique of when and where to put effort etc … ! But she knew good techniques and won . . Coz if you see clearly , everytime , she wrestled , she was having a hard time to compete , but then she uses the technique of tilting her body hence centre of mass to the opposite side which kind of simplified the job and she won , whereas almost none of the boys leaned towards their side as they were not aware of the techniques of professional arm wrestling . You really thing she can throw as powerful punches as they can !? If yes , you are heavily mistaken buddy , testosterone plays a very heavy role when it comes to strength . I bet they would have won if were taught the right techniques . But having said that , I also agree she is one of the strongest females I have ever seen ! Hats of to her to attain that physique .(only if she is not on steroids ) But in this video in most of the cases , it was technique that played a huge role , as the boys she competed with don’t seem weak to me !!
