i was trying to optimize my Raiden with an energy recharge shimenawa's reminscence sans, and was able to get sands. 5 of them, in fact. However, all of them weren't the desired main stat. I swear, Mihoyo needs some sort of free pity system that enables you to get what you want. Kinda Like the Epitomize Path weapon choices for wishes. Instead, it should allow you to choose a main stats, type of piece, and a few sub stats. Of course, this wouldn't gurrantee specified stats, but it should end up increasing it just a bit in terms of likelyhood.
