Love this pattern. Bought it on Etsy. I did have a difficult time understanding the transition on R2 for the 10 DC and if I would start the 18 DC right after (making it 28 st in between the next elephant) took a few tries b/c I wasn't ending with 10 DC like it states on R2. But got it worked out. The written pattern w/ the graph does help. Im a visual person so that really helped me understand it better. Highly recommend purchasing the pattern w/ the graph if you are struggling.
Hello Crochessica😍 Thank you for the beanie tutorial - I just finished my first one - for medium size - I used #4 acrylic yarn and crochet hook size I - the crown measured 7” and the finished beanie (with brim) is 9” high
I don't know if it's because I added more stitches using the 37 + 2 and so my chain was 148 plus 2 = 150 but if I follow this pattern, starting at the second row it just gets all jacked up and progressively gets worse. I finally just gave up. I was so looking forward to making this because it's the only one I could find on RU-vid like I wanted but it stressed me out too much trying to refigure the stitches!
No ma'am. Not every 33 stitches. I have a detailed pattern with all the sizing alterations. Get the pattern here 👇🏻 www.etsy.com/listing/1678549992/handmade-crochet-blanket-crochet-animal
Do you have a downloadable pattern for this square? I want to use this pattern for a baby blanket but I have a difficult time following a video. Thank you very much. Kiki Myers
Is there a turning chain trick for the extended double crochet stitch? I learned the extended from your tutorial and i love it because i have to get 3 scarves done before Christmas and it seems to be quicker and looks just as nice as a regular dc. I would love to be able to make nice clean zero gap edges for these scarves. Thanks ❤
The trick is using the same method of dc turning chain for the extended one.. just when you work the turning chain make sure to stretch the loops that match the length of your extended dc.
