Treasure chests sell for 5,000 g. They can be placed on a table or inside a fish tank for decoration or used with cloth at a sewing machine to tailor pirate hat of sorts.
The quarry cave is definitely a bit scary. Don't worry about getting stone there. The point of it is mostly an item at the end, and secondly, those haunted skulls can have some good monster drops. Prepare by wearing any rings you have that give you defense and eat food with defense and speed. When at the end a statue will be there, interact with it twice. The fist time gets you something, the second will transport you to the entrance. Have fun and get well.
It was screech it is a monster that will pist in your ear and you have to look around to find it after you find it will go away but if you dont he will bite you but sometimes the pists are fake

I know im probably the only comment but if i were to see this fit it would of gotten a 2 or 1 star. CHANGE THE DEFAULT COLORS. Use different shades of pinks or some patterns! Trust me it'll get you alot further.
I usually wait to buy the void egg. You must have a coop upgrade that gives an incubator. That's level 2. Then you have to have space in the coop and there is a chance to get the witch night cut scene. Since you're upgrading tools, I would wait. I'd also wait for the star drop for now.
Your barn has lots of room for more animals, but you can't buy pigs until you upgrade. But pigs are really expensive 16,000g so maybe focus on upgrading tools and buy another cow or goat to help make more money.
You can use the winter to gather resources, get deeper in the mines, upgrade tools, level up fishing and foraging. You can grow winter foraging seeds and the new powder melon seeds you find in dig spots. These can all go into kegs and preserve jars and the fruit can be dehydrated. Pierre sells dehydrator recipe. Fish sell for more if smoked and Willie sells the fish smoker recipe. You'll need those new jellies to craft a fish smoker (sea, river and cave jellies).

Use beds, trust I never wanted to grind for the wool in order to craft them all, and thought strip mining was better 1.) strip mining only covers the 2 block tall area your excavating 2. Strip mining can get you killed with lava fast in the nether I usually find 1-4 pieces per tnt I set off, you wanna make sure you are between Y level 9-15
