@@ruheerobin and what did you expect it to turn out looking like on black hair?! Only someone with zero experience could possibly think a fashion colour dye without any developer in it could dye black hair. Even to dye gray hair with this sort of dye, you’d need to mix the dye with a low volume developer, because otherwise the dye can’t enter the hair follicle and embed itself to give colour. 🤦🏻♀️

It's only matte for few hrs after a few hrs it will look like a gloss eye liner...so guys those who want a matte eyeliner do not buy this eyeliner from Sugar ..rather you can buy sugar eye warned you double matte eye liner.
Just wanted to highlight a small thing, I have been using this since 2+years or even more I guess because there is no eyeliner found which is more black than this one or more long lasting than this one.. so what I do is, apply light brown eyeshadow on my eyelids or apply a light coat of plum kajal in black and it stays matte all day..😀
Thanks for honest review...if we compare them with Lakme forever matte liquid lipstick how huch they differentiate cause they are very comfortable and budget friendly 😊
