Thanks for this video. I have a question though. We have just picked up our new motorhome and are trying to get to grips with the control panels. When I press the battery symbol I only get one green light appearing. The smallest light. No others light up. Have we been given a virtually flat battery?
I could commence this review in an unprofessional manner by just stating AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! and in many ways, I feel that would justify the extremely poor level of customer service we have received from Brownhills Motorhomes, Newark. I would however, wish to deter other prospective Motorhome, Campervan or Caravan customers from falling into the same unfortunate trap as we have, so I would strongly suggest you read on…. We did not chose Brownhills as our dealer, in fact we took on a cancelled order for an Auto Trail Campervan and as a result of this, we were introduced to Brownhills at the NEC Show, in February 23 to facilitate the order. Whilst awaiting the van delivery, the sales person was helpful and courteous and on most occasions responded promptly to my emails and questions but that was soon to change… The PDI overlooked a crushed heater hose, so the van was returned within the first 72hrs, no apology or explanation how this was missed. Within the same week, I discovered paint defects and a faulty locker box lock. As we were preparing to leave on a 10 week European trip, all were documented and sent to Brownhills to be considered after we returned from our travels. Making contact with Brownhills became a challenge, in particular obtaining a reply to an email. The first occasion, a few weeks into our travels, I recall a series of 3 emails in order to prompt a reply, which when finally received was coupled with a lame excuse from the service administrator. Several weeks later the exact same again, no reply to an email. Resent for a 2nd time and this included the service manager - no reply. Finally, with a list of warranty faults, I detailed my complaint and dissatisfaction to being ignored and this was sent to the service staff, customer service manager and the CEO. The ONLY reply I received was from the service administrator who simply stated: “I am sorry you have felt ignored by myself”. Nothing else whatsoever, bearing in mind 13 weeks prior we had spent £55,000 with Brownhills Motorhomes. So the purpose to review this accurate and honest experience is to help those prospective customers, who are considering spending their hard earned money at Brownhills Motorhomes, Newark, to possibly think again and do your own research before you make a decision on a Motorhome Dealer. I would certainly not recommend Brownhills Motorhomes, Newark and I will continue to share the same information with others, wherever possible. Note to Brownhills Motorhomes - if you wish to respond to my review, please have the decency to firstly respond to my written complaint as I would really welcome the opportunity to understand why your customer service, post purchase, is so terribly poor?
I have trouble with my control panel it lights up but screw is frozen so won’t turn on have turned off mains battery still won’t turn on any help would be appreciated
Thanks for the tutorial. Quick question, when you for the back to the travel seat it seems loose. Is that the way it should be? It doesn’t look like there is valcro to attach to
I've never left a review before, but after trying to find exactly this guide as a newbee, until now hadn't beem successful - VERY PROFESSIONAL, SHOULD MAKE A SERIES
I don't think I have ever wanted something so badly. I think the last time I felt this way was when the playstation came out in the 90's. Amazing bit if kit!!

Great video. Very helpful and to the point plus you actually see what he’s talking about 👍🏻 Is there one about essential starter equipment by the same guy? The top ranked videos are mostly annoying, too long or just pushing their own Amazon affiliate lists.
We've purchased twice from them with confidence. We've always been treated well with good customer service, either as a purchaser or servicing... Once you purchase you become Club members and can use the stopover facilities. 20 nights in total each year + 10% off in Accessories shop or Bistro.
All in all I thought that was a very good basic guide and shall recommend to any newbies I bump into. PS I would imagine the guy was well paid for that video as “Brownhills) know how to charge for their spares, perhaps they feel a little guilty and thought they need to put a little back into the motorhome community.
