I went through the same thing. I used to sit and listen for him while I played video games. I quit school went to work at 14. I was never a child, so I tell my own not to be in a rush. The only difference is my mom wasn't sick and my dad lasted from 1988 to 2022. He was a strong man but it was a very very very rough time. I cried for you and how much I related to you.
I remember when it first start coming in everybody's communities. People know a few years after we knew about it we knew not only gay people got it. We were ignorant when it was made public thinking we could catch it people cooking our food or hugging us. We watched a movie at school in 1987 telling us we only can catch it through blood or senen but we still was scared. We had a loved one who was a intervenous drug user & she told us before AIDS was made public they would share needles without bleaching them after each use from other's. You probably don't even know how strong you are by what you went through. Im glad you're talking about it. It's also people that know that theyre infected & won't think twice to lay down with you. Cry whenever you feel like you its good to relieve the pressure & pain. Thank you for telling us some of your story. 👏👍
The mother was granted a 6 month restraining order. My emotions in the courtroom caused the judge to really put something in place, even though there was no history of abuse or wrong doing on my part. The order granted was more a precautionary thing. Also, an order was put in place for me to continue seeing my children. This situation definitely changed the dynamics of our relationship. We haven't been the same since.
Child support is voluntary. You do not have to pay child support if you choose not to. You made your kids in private you take care of them in private. You do not need any federal government or agencies interfering in your personal life
Almost 100% of divorces are initiated by women. Almost 100% of those begin with an order of protection first. Most of the time, the woman get to stay in the house with the kids while the man is cast out. Then, the man is expected to pay his attorney's fees, her attorney's fees, court costs, child support, etc. Divorce is the number 1 reason for bankruptcy and sadly, male suicide. Once there are robotic sex dolls that warm up and lube up on their own, and gyrate and moan and talk dirty, there will be ZERO reason for a man to get married. Men love sex. Women love sex, until the ring is on. Then, they're just counting down the days to the 10 year mark where they can take everything. They don't love you. They don't read or work out. They eat and shop.
I just came upon this quite by accident, have liked, subscribed and am sharing it with others. I truly appreciate and enjoy associating with individuals that make a difference. You are certainly doing just that. Thanks for all that you do.

Your tempature should start and remain at 350 deg. The oil temperature will drop after each fry. Before you fry the next batch, allow the temperature to rise back to 350.
Thank you for bringing in the family to learn! Too many parents are so impatient with kids. People get to annoyed. They dont want their kids in the kitchen. Bump that! Bring those kids in the kitchen! Teach them how to be independent. Let them experiment. We can clean up together. My grandma & uncle taught me how to make so many wonderful meals as a kid. Ive been using Talking Parents for 4 years. I am polite, I only use it for issues concerning our daughters well being. She doesnt answer back or uses it to hurl hatred. In our case in which she is high conflict all day long with no hope really - This is the best way to show the courts what your dealing with. Never never respond to hatred, always use it for the right reasons.
Bruh, I'm 100% sure if he would comply with the police he would still be alive. He just came across a dumb ass untrained police officer who mistaken her tazer as a gun.
Unfortunately I was coerst into signing the consent form for the restraining order against me and she used my children against me and used her father to get me out of the house so I can take him to the ER the same day she decided to leave me and it was the day prior to my birthday, I was heartbroken and devastated and I was already heartbroken by my family whom I grew up with mixing my belongings with my deceased grandmother s estate so I was already emotionally drained and not in my right mind and all I could think about was seeing my children and my children seeing their father to make sure they were taken care of 😢😩 She said that I was abusive but I protected her from the abusive one
Wow I’m sorry for all the guys commenting here that have had fake frivolous bc court papers on them from a drama. Queen power trip or to manipulate custody- so messed up.

I was served a temporary restraining order with fake abuse claims by my wife who is a narcissist and suffers from several personality disorders. She has been basically projecting all the abuse that he has subjected me to over the years and gaslighting everyone to think that I'm the abuser instead. She would humiliate me in front of her friends and family over the phone with outrageous representation of me. She would verbally abuse me, control me financially and emotionally, separate me from my friends and project an outward image that she was the victim. I would never ever pick a fight. She would and initially I would try to give in and try to de-escalate. That normalized her behavior. Later as a defense mechanism, I'd try to repeat some of the insults she would throw at me thinking that may be that's the only language she understands. That's when she got even more abusive! She would harass my tenant and when I finally let her know by text that if she continues to threaten them, they will call the police if they feel threatened. The next day, she calls the cops on me to get revenge. We just had a hearing yesterday for the final restraining order. For the first time ever, she faced some accountability. The judge saw right through her BS. She made outrageous claims about me, lying about pretty much everything to make me look like the bad guy when it was her who was abusive towards me. But I came with the receipts. I already asked her to not talk to me in the home and only communicate via text while we go through the divorce. I had proof that she is often the instigator and she's always the one using abusive language. But even before the Judge had to go through the evidence, my testimony as a defendant was genuine, honest and compelling enough that the Judge believed that there was no history of domestic violence perpetrated by me and the incident that she based her TRO complaint off of is nothing but a typical argument between a couple and there's ZERO threat posed to her from me. She even claimed that I abused my child verbally. The state started an investigation and found ZERO ABUSE! I love my child. I would defend his life with my own. I would do anything and everything for my child's happiness. Her accusations were to hard to digest because they were untrue. But I knew that my conscience is clear and I'll have my day in court to clear my name. My entire demeanor before, during and after the court proceedings were of a sincere, humble and an earnest man trying to defend his honor and the Judge could see the contrast between me who was respectful throughout to her combative behavior. I addressed the lawyers as "Sir/Ma'am". I addressed the Judge as "Your Honor" every time it was my turn to speak. I did not speak out of turn. When she was spewing lies, I remained calm. I only looked at the Judge's podium throughout. I never showed any anger, resentment except for sorrow and humble. Ultimately, her lies, her hatred and her cruelty were exposed and justice was served. "A lie travels around the world before the truth can even put it's shoe on" - Mark Twain.
That's my reason for making the video. Alot of dudes are going through the same thing and need help navigating through it. Hopefully, my video helped you out.
This is good advice . I just got one served on me at work yesterday . It’s for calling her out of her name and using text apps when she had blocked me . Yet she had me at her home the night before she filed on me and only did so because we go into an argument. I stayed at her home and bed a week before that also and she invited me down to the park to see my son 3 days ago . The only time I ever called her out of her name is in retaliation when she would call me all kinds of horrible names first and I have all of the messages .
Bro same situation. My ex put one on me for harrassment and cyber stalking. I was blocked and i was persistent and texting her off textnow with multiple numbers. I never made any threats though. Just tried to get her back. How did your case go? I have court in 2 weeks and im scared

I'm pretty sure you could. It's depending on the judge. You're able to do whatever's necessary to prove your case, as long as it's not directed towards the petitioner or not disrespectful to the courtroom.
When you're in court for a Restraining Order hearing, you are not permitted to talk, look at or make any statements towards the petitioner. You can only talk to the judge. Hopefully, this clears up my response.

I understand trust me. Just know the courts could give a dam about how you feel about your daughter. Check your emotions and only present facts. I had to learn the hard way.
But what does a father do when his ex wife does everything in her power to make the fathers life HELL. Her words “ if you ever leave me I will make your life HELL” he has been trying to take it to court , she brain washes the children to hate their father and their new step mom. At what point is enough is enough
To be honest, in this situation, all he could do is document her behavior. As long as she's not putting his or the children's life in clear and present danger it will continue. Unfortunately, this is the results of having children with the wrong person. A person like that feeds off energy. He needs to start training himself to not return that energy she's giving him. They will eventually get tired and all the nonsense will go away.
