Rubber must touch blade rotor so when you spin rubber roll then blade rotor must spin too not too tight or chopper engine my not be able to spin it , not too light or rowing my not be cut. In my opinion unscrewing rubber roll and replacing rubber is faster also when rubber roll is removed then there is no need for unscrewing blade rotor "i replace blades that way" it takes less than 2 minutes during spraying if needed.
If remove the blades and rotate the blade rotor , the rubber roll must spin ? ie the surface of the rubber roll and the blade rotor must touch ? how to properly adjust the cutter ?
