The music was so relaxing for this vlog reminded me of elevator music 🎶 for some reason. That being said concerning the bloating there are certain foods for example cruciferous greens which are complex carbs and have nonsoluable fibers which may not be easily digestible by the gut which can cause fermentation and gas build up causing that bloating. Sometimes it can be the way people combine food as they eat or even drink. When i can i personally try to maintain a cut off time of around 6pm for food then maybe in the evening or night engage in cardio or go for a light stroll or something hopes this helps 👍

I really really love how personal and vulnerable you were in this vlog showing us behind the scenes moments of your life. 🤳🏻I think that you sharing your feelings of being lost and overthinking is so relatable as someone who also always feels like I need to stay busy. I think it’s important to remember that rest is part of the process too. Resting allows us to reset, replenish, rejuvenate, and reflect which allows us to refocus ❤️🩹

I think you just need to find one thing that centers you. Yoga or listening to music just like 20 mins 10 mins. Might help your re-energize. I’m the same. I don’t know how to not do things.
