This square is lovely, except for its almost total domination by parked cars. Yes, car parking might be necessary but it should surely have fewer parking spaces than that.
The vehicles must belong in the main to owners of the apartments looking on to the square. I wonder if Charles now wishes the designers had made provision for an underground car park or something similar?
