Yes it's normal. The elixir is filled to the brim with essential oils and among them is peppermint oil which I'm guessing is one of or the ingredient that causes the "tingly" feeling on your skin. I feel it too every time I use it.
I bought one and it never really sinks in or stops being gloopy. I went to bet with it and my pillow was full of it, which means it also got on my hair and face 😅 ive never had a lip products be this disastrous
Hi! I wouldn't recommend going to bed with any lip oil, doesn't matter what brand. It's still an oil, so it will get everywhere and make everything greasy.. I would recommend using a lip balm right before bed. These do eventually sink into the lips, because after they fade away after about 2-3 hours, they leave my lips feeling very hydrated. I wish I would have known this before 🤣 I usumed that they are like skincare oils, they might take a little but they get absorbed eventually, I didn't know they were like Vaseline and never get absorbed. And it's not like I didn't wait, I put it on an hour before I actually went to bed and it was still sticky 😅
