Cycling became a lifestyle 15 yrs ago when I lived in London. That's where I learned all the tricks of the trade.
Living in the Amazon Jungle of Perú, cycling was limited but for one paved footpath in my village. Also, once every 2-3 weeks I made supply runs via taxi boat to the city of Iquitos- where cycling was resourceful.
Now, I'm back in Chicago but my plan is to cycle the world and share experiences with y'all

My first and second summer after moving into this neighborhood I spent at Chopin park. Played a lot of baseball there with St. Lads students, after those first couple of years I spent more time at Portage Park. I remember when that Popeyes opened had to be around 1988 or 89. Thanks for trip down memory lane.
Wow, this brings back so many memories. I moved into this neighborhood in 1984 and lived there until 1997, had a few years after 1990 when I lived in college, so its really more like 9 years rather than 13. I lived on Cornelia St., so we were neighbors, and yes that KFC was there back then. There was a big used car dealership just north of Roscoe on Cicero called WIX.
Do it a few times and you'll move smoothly through it, whether it be a local non USAT sanctioned event or an Ironman. A bib belt makes things a lot easier with the number. I used to go sockless on the run but now I'll take the extra 15 seconds to put them on and I still get on podiums, so it doesn't really affect the overall time I just don't get blisters. No socks on the bike though! Otherwise, welcome to the sport, I hope the other athletes were welcoming and you had fun!

Its been like this since early 2000s when i worked retail management. Most stores have this policy and most people do not have a reason to film inside. With that being said it is 2024 times are different and everyone is filming everything back when these policies where made most people didnt even own a video recording device.
It’s not public property, it’s still a private company. That comes with RU-vid from another RU-vidr. Government buildings are public is why they put up signs. Just trying to be helpful

Stumbled on your video somehow. We visited some friends on Wilmington Island, a gorgeous community east of Savannah, GA. Being a kayak fisherman here in SE Louisiana, I was jealous of their digs. Nicely maintained subdivision with nice-sized lots, loaded with beautiful mossy oaks. Far enough away from the city limits (country like), but NOT close to the beaches to bring the mansions that make the property values sky-high. My personal highlight of Wilmington Island was a small public boat and kayak launch literally a 5 minute drive from the friends' house!!! Well, I'm not leaving Louisiana, but it was NICE! I thought you were in the area at first until looking up a restaurant you passed. Nice video!
