if you work on texture baking also, cause I am web developer and i have to bake the light and texture in use it on website but I lose the realistic of the scene. like the way it look so realistic in blender it doesn't appear in 3D webpage.
Hi, this tutorial is not specifically for textures, but for the Boucle Material to work well, you need to have clean topology on your 3D models. You should also add displacement and subdivide the mesh. :)
This is especially beneficial for creators who make 3D models. For example, as an architect looking to purchase a 3D model, the wireframe render effectively showcases the quality of the 3D modeling.
Good video. I had to use headphones and crank up the volume to understand, but it was worth it. Hope you can find a better place to record your videos so you can speak normally (I'm assuming you were trying not to bother someone nearby).
I am a novice blender user and I want to make parametric designs and maybe I can turn this into a commercial purpose. In the designs I make, I want to separate and number all the parts and import dxf, dwg and svg files. How can I do that. Please help
Unfortunately in blender is not possible, you need to start to learn a CAD program like Rhino 3D or Autocad with them you will be able to create the svg or dwg.
Nice setup! I would render in "Standard" instead of "Filmic". I think it gives more details in the final render. Filmic blur out things.. give it atry and say what you think.
my bad btw,i didn't notice it's timelapse i tought ur render only 3 sec and mine was 2:15mins @@cg_arch....also thank you very much for your tutorial <3
I really like the exposure control trick and will definitely use it. Do you know of any tricks or addons that "do" have accurate exposure for the camera? My current situation has objects outside the window that are in view of the camera and I cannot get them to blow out to save my life. I have wasted about $50 thus far and am waiting to hear back from True-Sky to see if their exposure feature answers the call.
What are you shining the light through? Is it shining through a glass window like in this video? If it is I can tell you how to blow it out and be all white if that's what you want. Simply play with upping the IQR values and adding a math node set to add to the roughness (maybe a few of them?) If all you want is your windows to be completely whited out you can also just put a giant area light over the window (pointing inside), go to custom properties and check visible to "camera". Also check portal under the area light settings and your hdri still comes through it.
Nice video, but you should try with the Turbo Tools addon, because you're losing a lot of detail with the denoising. It should also reduce your render times too.
Thank you for your suggestion I try to make my tutorials as simple as possible not to use addon, but if you are a professional using addons it's great and it will save you a lot of time :)
@@cg_arch no problem. I'm only a hobbyist, so I can't really afford to buy high end hardware (have a gtx 1070). So Turbo Tools was a must for me. I can actually render animations now!
Starting off in blender... finished the famous donut and an iso room.... care to share any other tutorials that you followed which are useful? Looking to get in to more archviz stuff.
