If something breaks, it takes 3 months to send someone to check it, the customer service is terrible, I do not recommend this type of accommodation. This hosting service is a scam, there is no technical support, no user service, not even basic water service. Total scam, we want an urgent solution! We are paying another hotel just to shower and go to the bathroom. I urgently request basic water service, otherwise we will cancel the contract. It is urgent to do something, please move your arms. Want to green the grid? The only practical way today is nuclear. Clean and safe nuclear. It has clearly been demonstrated that wind and solar are unreliable, not green, and a disposal and physical footprint/storage nightmare.
These people aren't picky in the investors they let in. It isn't green; it isn't benefiting local people; it isn't meeting the needs of housing for people in one of the most densely populated cities in the UK. It's a load of concrete blocks of office spaces and unaffordable apartments/housing, most of which are empty atm. I mean, the buildings themselves are uninspired but the purpose of the buildings is even worse. Invest in the people so they can later invest in the city. So many areas just left without a care in the world (Aston, Nechells, Lea Hall and Handsworth being some of those areas). Also, when the commonwealth games were on so many areas were rapidly "tidied up" by throwing the fly tipping in areas that people couldn't see. Enforce flytipping laws so you don't have that problem!
Vinfast will do very well in the US, their vehicles are beautifully designed and have a very good reputation in SEA as functional reliable and dependable..and also sell at a very competitive price.

The real world in EV is completely different from gasoline engine cars. It's hard to imagine an auto company skip almost every basic step to jumping into EV. Wish for the best!
Vinfast has been manufacturing gasoline powered cars for years, they have a reputation equal to Hyundai and Kia’s in SEA at a lower price..they will do very well in the US in the EV segment.
My prediction is the electric Vinfast future will be the same as the gasoline-engine version: shutdown in a year or two at best. Remember you heard it here first in this forum.
