Things I think about this AU: Dazai’s ability comes from exposure to Gravity Falls, specifically Bill and Weirdmaggedon. It developed after he left and this is why he can nullify a freaking god Bill knows who Arahabaki is (because him being an actual god is so much more interesting than being a singularity and thus I refuse to consider him otherwise) and is going to recognize him in Chuuya as soon as his existence is hinted at. Bill proceeds to be sufficiently staved from messing with Dipper because obviously the god of calamity has laid claim. Anyway I really like this AU because it actually works with both shows. Dipper’s smart and he has the same…coloration… as Dazai, and he was 12 when Gravity Falls happened so it’s totally possible for him to still encounter Mori at 14 without any weird age mending shenanigans
