Thank you so much for sharing this. I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis a little over a week ago, after 7 years of visiting clueless doctors and having multiple scans and emergency hospitalisations for severe dysmenorrhea. This video made me feel less alone and just so heard. The doctor has told me that I need to start trying to get pregnant within a year. I'm on a hormonal medication that is prescribed to Endo patients for the next 6 months after which I need to seriously start trying. I only just got married so it's a big step for my husband and I. No one has any knowledge on this disease, so it's been such an eye opener to try and understand this from the perspective of other women who have the same condition. This is so helpful! Thanks again just for being so vulnerable and supportive.

You are the only person who has a pregnancy video for adenomyosis. So thank you. I really want to know what type of adenomyosis you have as this seems to be key in pregnancy? I have moderate diffuse adenomyosis just diagnosed. I am absolutely devastated and it’s even more challenging because the UK seems to be medieval about adenomyosis knowledge. I feel very hopeless just now but still I just need some straight talking as my gynaecologist told me it didn’t impact fertility despite me trying for nearly 10 months at the time and having an early miscarriage.

I feel so relateable to you guys! Congrats on your little one! I also was diagnosed with Adenomyosis and my doctor also told me to hurry and have kids as well. I did not feel ready but now my husband and I are on board 100%. We also have a lot of family support even though we felt not finacially ready. I won't delay child bearing any longer. My Adenomyosis is mild but my doctor said it increases with age. God is good. I am excited to try and hope the journey is not too difficult. Congrats on your precious baby ❤

i just had miscarriage and found out that i had adenomyosis.... Thank you so much for this video. I got the chance to work as a photographer for half a year in something like an event park. I had no clue about photography but wirking there was really easy. Same light, same location and same poses with every costumer. But in a few days there is a convention and I will take the photos for my cosplay group and if I feel confident I like to ask some other cosplayer to train my skill. I am a bit nervous but your video helps a lot. Talking about light and what you can get out of one location and that you don't have to think about 100 poses... it helps a lot. So thank you so much again! :D

Going through your video has been of great learning. I too was diagnosed with posterior adenomyosis and had lost hopes in conceiving. But in the month of may i tested positive and was overjoyed. Unknown of what other consequences i would go through, i panicked in small small changes. Like spotting and cramping are few reasons i doubted what next. Moreover on consulting my gynec, i was said that it was normal to have stains or spottings. I was worried coz even after pursuing the doc i wasnt properly checked. I had little bleeding in my third and sixth week. Later in my seventh week the foetus dint show any growth or heartbeat. So, i had to abort...basically a silent miscarriage had happened. Everything was so painful. Now having known about do and do nots while pregnancy with adenomyosis, im just praying for a second chance and have a healthy baby. I guess m mentally prepared to go through all the pain. Thankyou for sharing ur part of journey❣️

Hearing your early pregnancy symptoms was very reassuring to me. I also have adenomyosis, recently diagnosed after having my first baby. It wasn't picked up before but I did have a csection which is known to be a possible reason it develops... but looking back my uterus was always extremely crampy throughout, I had a subchorionic haemorrhage early on and my baby was induced and ultimately, extracted surgically due to FGR (adenomyosis makes it hard for the womb to stretch and let baby have room to grow). This time around I am having a lot my intense cramping. My ovulation was painful, the implantation was painful. It hurts so bad when I move wrong or sneeze and I am only 5 weeks. I was so shocked to become pregnant after basically just giving up trying to conceive since I was referred to the OBGYN because my disease was so extensive and debilitating. I was worried they would simply do a hysterectomy because things were so bad (extreme blood loss and constant iron infusions needed). But suddenly I am pregnant without trying after 9 months of tracking and timing and adjusting my diet etc. I was scared the pain I am feeling now was a sign of miscarriage as I know the condition puts me at higher risk for it but now I have heard you explain how it feels for you I am not panicking as much. I am still very nauseated with extreme aversions to usually favourite foods so I am hoping that is a positive sign. Our symptoms would be red flags for most people but we go through a lot of abnormal discomfort with our condition every day.

For some reason, I am unable to find the AU Support group (link you provided). The system has failed me. I have a lot of IVF cycles, all failed implantation and everyone was telling me, there is no problem after even having laproscopy and D&C too. Now that I am mid-40s, I was told that I may have Adenomyosis as my uterus started having small but more than 10 fibroids. Now it is a bit late for me to be pregnant given my uterus has continuously deteriorated. I am very sad at this point.

I've been diagnosed with adenomyosis as well and I'm only 22 years old and never had children or pregnant. I'm very worried as well and I don't know what to do in terms of children. I always wished to have a big family but now I'm realising that it might not be possible for me as well. I am in my last year of uni and I don't think I'm ready to have children before I can even start my career.

The stress is real, but it’s really good you know now so you can be more prepared. My specialist is monitoring mine with internal ultrasounds by someone who is specialised in screening for those, so I’ll know how it’s tracking, I think that would be the best for you too or anyone with adenomyosis! You could have more time up your sleeve then you know, the thing with this condition is you never know when it’s going to get worse. Hopefully your doctor can advise you on things to do in the mean time to hopefully keep it at bay ❤️❤️❤️ Sending you lots of love, I understand how hard it can be.

That is so interesting I have almost the same story. Bad periods when I was young..went on pill..I was also on the pill a long time and taken off due to the aura/ocular migraine. Also had an awful mirena experience. Then after being taken off was in bad pain a lot and got told about adenomyosis.
