If there's lettering on the ones you forgot to mirror, just cut the words off and press on something smaller. Pictures themselves don't really matter if they're mirrored 😉 First one I did wasn't mirrored but no one knows the difference.
@@KatherinePeck lol I know... I have this bad habit of commenting while the video is playing. The coasters looked awesome. I have a mousepad from back in the 90's that I bought but it doesn't list the material it is made of on the package. It has the white area on one side that kind of hints that it might work with sublimation but it was in a kit for that printable stuff for inkjet printers you put on shirts. I really want to try sublimating on it instead but worried it would melt. Do you happen to know how to tell if it would be good to sublimate on just from my description of the product? Is there a different "feel" to the material that I should look at?
@@KatherinePeck ok no worries. I think I will ask in a sublimation group I am in. Perhaps they can show me the packaging of ones they have done that were successful.
Good tutorial. Making dangling charms is what I'd like to do. But, I have a Q about these "bead caps". I see various size & shape of beads on your workspace and all the same size of bead caps. So then, one size of bead cap fits any size shape of bead? tia
What length head pins do you use and where do you buy them? I went to Hobby Lobby and Michael's and could not find 3 inch head pins. Thanks for sharing this video! I found it easy to follow. 😊 Beautiful beads as well! ❤
R U in AZ or Albuquerque? Love your charms. New to your videos. I am 87 and would like to try to make them. Do u attach the beads to chain with jump rings?
Hi, yes I do attach the beads to the chain with jump rings. No I don't live in AZ. If you have any other questions I can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask.
I think you’re doing an absolute beautiful job, and even though this video is quite old, I wouldn’t share your information so freely. I mean he demonstrations is great, but sharing where you get your tools, where you get all your supplies at, and not charging a fee for that allows people to go out, get those things copy and then Actually being in competition with you. What would be cool if you’re still doing this is maybe have like a Patreon where people can pay you for videos like this and to get all of that inside information. Just a thought I enjoy your videos and I think that you did a great job I need to see if you’re still around, six years later. I just have been learning about beats myself and came across your video and I think you do beautiful work. I just think that you should be paid for all your work, and your research, and procure the products as you have.
Thank you so much for your kind words and ideas. I really like to help people and do tutorials. I do still make purse charms and will continue to do that. I will make an updated video tutorial when I get a chance. Thanks again.
