Perfect. I live in Pennsylvania, USA. right where the glaciers ended in the last ice age. We have some seriuos cliffs and ledges where we hunt deer. This would be an excellent shelter for foul weather days. Much lighter than packing in a ground blind. Thanks for the tip.
Check out my other shorts and videos this setup was near cathcart Castle, unfortunately not much left as the council decided to knock it down in the 1980's , only a 800 years of history gone in a day, buggers
I just finished watching your " No tree Plow point tarp " video. Got to thinking, I can use the cross poles to stake out a ridge line for this setup. It would come in handy on those rainy days when we do good old relaxing bank fishing. Thanks for the inspiration.
Yeah that sounds a good setup , nice and stable with the ridge line too, I like the sound of that relaxing fishing too with a good hot cup of coffee or tea
Thanks, yes they guy lines are taut-line hitches and I created a simple overhand loop end which I feed through the tarp hoop and place a toggle through, this makes it fast when packing away saves having lines permanently attached to tarp
Thanks , this is the toilet in Croocs castle in Scotland if you look closely you can see how the stone on the outside wall has been eroded over centuries w ith all the shite and piss dripping down ......
