You can talk to him now. He can hear everything, you just have to call his name and his spirit will be there. Let him know how much you love him, you could even hear responses from him. If you meditate this makes communication easier because you become more sensitive. Also go to a good medium, you can get messages from him to show you he's still there. Only the body dies, not the spirit.

That is a very interesting thought! I can't tell you for sure but I do think that our ancestors instinctively knew that certain things were good for them without the need of science to show it with data.
