David Bowie predicted the AI in 1970, with the song ”Saviour Machine”. You should listen to it (with lyrics). However, the idea was not new even at that time, it already existed in sci-fi books and in movies like ”Metropolis” (1927) and ”2001: A Space Odyssey” (1968). Believe it or not, the idea of robots and artificial inteligence is older than the idea of the Internet, and, look, the Internet happened first.

David Bowie was a tad scathing of Americans - two of his songs - 'Young Americans' and 'I'm Afraid Of Americans' - the last one is particularly snide-y.

Please don't be just another judgemental content creator, criticising artist's looks, gestures, expressions, etc. You're smart enough to improve your content without that "potentially insulting" part. I hope you understand what I mean in the most positive way. The term "AI" is currently abused to promote technology and products for more profit. AI isn't new tech. If we go way back to the concept behind Altavista (first searchable database on the Web - aka search engine) it was in a certain way the precursor and foundation for AI. Just like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. AI connects many different technologies and content in such a way that it is more intuitive to use and accessible to a broader audience. Companies all around the world have been using their own concepts of AI, less complex and adapted to their needs, for many years now. I could even say for decades.

It's terrible that you can't even see it live...it was hypnotic, magnetic and he cross 5 decades of rock with something new every time he decides to do it. I saw him live for 3 times: there aren't words to explain the Artist, the Performer.

Thanks for the video. You have some good points. Thou I think you pause the video, and comment a bit too much. It's natural to comment in a review video, but think it would benefit your videos to let the artist make some longer comments. Otherwise it seems a bit interrupting in a way, when we barely hear a few seconds. Just IMHO. Thanks bro. BTW: One of Bowies best albums in my mind were "Earthling". Because he were experimenting a lot with various samples and genres, that made it interesting. Upbeat/up-tempo for most of the tracks. And he had still a fresh voice at that time. But later on, like all us human when we get older, the voice gets a bit less harmonic.

Wow! I had no clue you are also a Bowie fan - Bowie & Madonna are my 2 favorite artist. My first album ever was Ziggy Stardust - not my first choice but Young Americans, which i intended to get, was sold out. No complaints about the album I got instead and actually like claiming my first album ever was ziggy at 13 years old.

@@jovialjun6505 It might seem to some there isn't a bowie madonna comparison but there is a distinctive comparison - how they publicly evolve and shape shifted in front of the world and were applauded for their changing directions, others were not. Madonna literally evolved in our face. Before the internet, she was on the cover of newspapers, magazines, heard continually on radio and seen hourly on MTv - today, to a much lesser extent but still able to draw 1.6 million to see her perform in Brazil a few months ago.

I really enjoy your Madonna content. Regarding the dance moves in the commercial - you may want to check out YT interview videos with Vincent Patterson (there are many) who worked on the dance moves with her in the commercial...also did a lot of other choreographer for her like the MTV vogue performance - he has very interesting stories including this commercial.

Turning 48 next month... still procrastinating on beginning my Water Management certificate. Is there a possibility that i could go to college one day to become an environmental engineer? I could always read fiction, write poetry, draw, read my oracle cards, or endlessly scroll social media while i ruminate (as a hobby). Hell, Im beginning to wonder if im really an Infp-T enneagram 4w5???? Or just a traumatized individual who didnt have support or opportunities in life. Either way, Im luckily accessing a math and science website now. I want to believe that anybody can do anything they set out to. But.... Id be better at giving input once i get into my groove here....and pick up momentum in doing this. Anyway, good luck. Dont let anyone tell you you cant do this. People want to believe you cant. So, you got to show up and present yourself differently.

Hi about a year late but hope you are doing good now! I'm a 20M INFP from Singapore and I'm in my final year at my Mechanical Engineering diploma course! Just like you before I started school, I enjoyed Maths and Physics in Secondary school and wanted to pursue an engineering course but I had many doubts about whether I could survive in Engineering or not! I still decided to give it a try and fast forward 3 years later and I'm in my internship about to graduate soon. My 3 years in Engineering school has many ups and downs and there were even times when I had broken down from emotional distress because I can't handle the pressure and struggled with most of the projects/assignments but I still managed to get through it and thinking back now, I actually had a fun and memorable time with my lecturers and classmates and I definitely don't regret studying engineering. But I have to admit, I don't really enjoy my engineering internship because of the stress and fast paced environment so I might change to other options instead. So if you are really passionate about Engineering despite being an INFP, my advice is DON'T be afraid and just go for it!! If you decide this is really not your ideal career choice, you can always change or try other careers instead!! Rmb that despite our weaknesses as an INFP, we can succeed if we work hard and follow our passion!! All the very BEST!!! 😄

She was paid 5 million dollars, not 50 millioin. She kept every penny of it after Pepsi backed out of their deal. The official music video was released the next day after the Pepsi commercial video aired. It sparked outrage by conservative religious groups, and Pepsi simply null and voided the deal. Originally, the deal was to sponsor her tour and following singles as well. The controversy only helped Madonna sell more copies of her single and album, so with or without Pepsi, she still reaped the benefits from it all. She kept the money and due to the controversy, it only gave the song even more attention then she ever imagined.

@WilUnleashed
@WilUnleashed 4 месяца назад
@@jovialjun6505 You're welcome. She is definitely is the Queen of controversy. She has a knack in manipulating the media in her favor. Even today, when she is interviewed, when someone challenges her views, she turns it around on the interviewer. She is good at making the interview answer for her. Yet, she will be quick to correct or make very well her intention. She isn't afraid to make people uncomfortable. And the moment you tell her she can't do something or to stop, you can bet she will continue to do so. She is a unique and special person. She beats to her own drum, usually leading trends. If she follows any, it's because she's interested in it. And the moment someone says she can't do it, she doubles down and does it. Also, a lot of people don't realize how involved she is in writing her albums/music. Many artists (even those who write their own music), just go in and do their part. Not Madonna, she sticks around and makes sure the producers are crafting her album as she visions it. She isn't afraid to tell her producers to change things nor is she afraid to jump in and add her own two cents how she wants her music produced. It's the same with her music videos. She is involved in every process of her music and videos.

40:33 Mj is an incomparable and indefinable artist but I don't think listening to his music can stop anyone from enjoying other music from the 80s ?
