Welcome to The 2nd Half Project, a story driven channel: picture a comic book in a video format. The vision of this channel is to explore historical figures, the wisdom of the era, and the situations behind significant events in history. Videos are presented in a relaxed, documentary format using AI visuals with immersive background music & effects. Sorry AI haters, there's no budget for a digital artist at this point. This is an honest experiment, sharing this ride with you, hoping to organically grow this channel.
WARNING: 1. If you're looking for caffeine loaded, fast-paced style narrative, this channel isn't for you. 2. The main focus of the videos are the stories behind and lessons we might learn from them. The AI visuals are just artistic expressions. If you are hung up on authenticity, you will be disappointed. However, if you give it a chance, you might enjoy these short but detailed historical accounts, with some liberties of course, for entertainment purposes only.
I hope you continue this series at least to the end of the Satsuma Rebellion🎋. You've done great work thus far🎉. Lol, in your honor, and all who agree with me: Banzai!⛩️ Banzai!!🗾 BANZAI!!!🎎
@Vanic00 Thank you for the encouragement, brother. Yep, it goes all the way to the Boshin War as the end of the shogunate. Then a new shorter series starts with The Real Last Samurai. New episodes every Friday nights 😃
@FanOfDaUnderAppreciated Ouch, lol... I have a big feeling that you didn't really watch the video. Anyways, it's all in the description and your time to write this feedback is appreciated.
Excellent series. I read "The Book of Five Rings" many years ago and learned from it. After watching this I realized I had internalized much of what Musashi sought to impart and had been following his teaching without being aware of it. Thanks for re-kindling that knowledge.
This was a very interesting and well-told piece, accompanied by atmospheric music. The only thing that could be irritating was the AI-generated images, which often made no sense and did not correspond to reality.
Haha, it's all in the discription though. Thanks for taking the time. Fashion trends change with time though so maybe AI based it on this 😀: roppongi.fr/en/the-heian-era-794-1185/
The armor is excellently depicted, the weapons stink. Has the illustrator ever seen a Japanese sword? The swords shown here are more European than anything else.
Thanks for taking the time :) Yeah, there are a few imperfections. AI still trying to learn specifically weapons or anything associated with violence. (Which might be a good thing for us, lol)
@@TheSecondHalfProject Hmmmm.... I have never associated swords with violence. To me they are symbols of nobility and the quest for knowledge and personal excellence. When I visualize weapons of violence, I see more along the lines of a length of concrete rebar I broke a mugger's collarbone with back in 1985.... He too gained knowledge... Not to do it again. On the other hand, maybe not. 🎱🎱🎱😝😝😝
Wow, this is the channel's very first video that #youtube gave a chance so thanks so much for checking and a big shout out to those who liked and subscribed. It sure means a lot!! However, if you were not impressed, please don't hesitate to leave a feedback to help improve the content. Once again, thank you so much!!
This series will be released in a "Story-Principles-Story-Principles, etc." format. Each episode is independent of the other so you really won't miss a thing. Please add feedback below if this works. Thank you :)
