Blacker Bricks is a Lego channel that strives to put out a variety of Lego content for the huge Lego fanbase that there currently is on RU-vid. Currently I only make MOCs, city progress videos, speed builds and hauls but I would like to venture into the realm of stop motion in the future. Please contact me or leave a comment regarding what you would like to see in a video and I would love to make it happen. Thanks and keep building!
Hi , thanks for the movie. Please i have a question. Yesterday was my first time using of Bricklink and i made my first order. But i made wrong, because i made the colection stuff of my order ( pending stuff ). I wrote to seller if can help me and the store told me, i need to make myself. I don´t know why he can´t send me invoice., I need to pay him but now i need 10 days wait. I don´t know what i can do. Can you help me please?) During the finalizing order i think the last step will be paying by credit card on bricklink, but i choose Collecting stuff, because that was cheaper, i know that was wrong, is it possible to change ? Many thanks for feedback )
thanks for the halp but i wonted a blaze runt and it was 15.533 and it was new and i wonted 100 but it was too mush so then i wonted 10 but it was 155.33$! wot can i do hmmm halp 🤔🙄
thank you so much, I will buy everything that is cheap and discontinued sets.❤ I can finally feed my inner child who never touched lego in my childhood because im poorer than a rat. I will spend all my time left playing lego even if im 30 😂
I'm confused. If I import the palette for set 6382-1 "As Palette", I can't find the road baseplate. If I import "In Scene" the road is there. Why the difference?
Mecabricks looks fantastic and all.. but 25 bucks for a cloud based "software" that will 100% some day be complete vaporware? No thanks.. The nicer pieces and less glitchy Blender importing is not worth it.
PSA: This ONLY works for unlicensed theme sets (City and Creator(non expert) are still pretty cheap) If you want to get licensed rare themed sets (Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Ninjago, Disney and Old Themes(Nexo Knights, Bionicle and Powerminers)) then you sadly still have to pay a kidney
Hey man i got a question. Do sellers need to add photos of every piece, part, and set? Is this a one time thing? Should is be reoccurring/constantly updating photos?
Hey haha yeah haven't made a video in some time. Good to see a comment from you though, I remember seeing your pfp from the early days of this channel. I've had two vids recorded for some time now but haven't edited them yet. Lmk what kind of content you'd like to see.
I’m not sure I really understand this video! Like you said we shouldn’t follow what you did. How do we actually get our first brick link sale because I have had my store for a bit and haven’t gotten any sales yet.
The best way to increase sales it to simply constantly add inventory. You should also try to build up a presence on social media. Hopefully this helps.
There's a feature you can use on Stud.io to produce them. Here's a video that may help: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LsTzMUwsfeE.html.
Great question! You can go to Stud.io preferences in the application. Then click on 'Appearance'. Finally you can select either vertical or horizontal palette.
So, you go to your local Walmart and show the employee the item you’re looking at on their website and they said they have it in the back room? They can give it to you for purchase? Even though they can’t put the bigger sets on the shelves
Thank you so much for this video! I find it fascinating that I feel completely the opposite regarding the Typewriter and Globe. Both are LEGO representations of real-life objects that would normally sit on a desk, yet they are also very different. I love the fact that the Typewriter came with a pad of paper with a printed letter that can be fed through the machine by actually typing on the keys. The internal machinery is fascinating, but I admit that I'm biased towards the build because of the color scheme and the fact that I am a keyboard fanatic (I type on a split, tented keyboard with Dvorak layout). I work at the UofO, and was shocked to see Bill Bowerman's old typewriter on display at the Hayward Hall Track & Field museum. It looks just like the LEGO Ideas Typewriter! The globe, on the other hand, has no functionality other than the fact that it spins (and the names of the continents glow, of course). But perhaps that's because I grew up with several nice globes as a kid and the real ones blow this out of the water.
Hey! Glad you enjoyed the video. It's always a pleasure to hear from viewers because the appeal to a set can be very subjective. It's a piece of art after all, so it makes sense that different people would have different takes.
