I cannot believe you can return those. I ordered a auto cat litter box and they sent a plastic shelf. They have refused to exchange or return or make my order right. I have tried several times and they say they sent the correct item. I will never shop there again

I totally agree. Within the past 7 days I’ve ordered several items 2 of which was declined because I knew but apparently did not know that I had $40 room left on my Capital One card but the transaction was declined. But that’s not the serious complaint. The next morning I went to delete the 2 items but Temu would not let me stating it was too late to cancel. Of course it was for the lesser amount. So I deleted the other that naturally cost more which were pillows to use to elevate my leg after my knee replacement surgery. It deleted but when I went back to submit the shoes it would not accept and kept messaging within the app to pay over a period of months which of course would have cost more in the long run. So I tried to contact them via email and of course it stated not complete without some id number they supposedly sent to my email which never showed up and the link to request id to be resent stopped working. And finally here’s the clincher. I if I could would upload you the email from them that I received today 04/27/2024 that is totally slanderous. It closes with “Best regards The PissedCustomer Team”. They can’t get away with saying that they weren’t calling me Pissed. How would they know to label me as such when we’ve had no contact with one another other than their constant reminders that my packages are coming. Well that’s all I have to say but I’ve filed that email in my legal folder. Lol Wow.
I have made several orders from temu and although prices seem to be good their products are cheap and FYI every time I have went to there site I almost immediately get a scam text. I feel it is not a safe site to purchase from. Just saying this has been my experience.
