Hello!! We parked at a lot called We Park In Miami located at 650 NE 2nd Ave. They have a free shuttle bus to the port and back upon return. Just a tip, try to arrive to the parking lot early because they overbook people and the lot will fill up. Happy Cruising!!! I'm sure your mother-in-law will enjoy her first cruise!
