Smarano Organ Academy is a unique cultural platform in Europe: it isn’t just a summer school where students play once in a masterclass and have no time to practice, but it is an immersion environment based on historical methods of teaching, where participants attend multiple integrated classes, have four hours a day of scheduled practice time on multiple keybaord instruments and individual coaching. That is why Smarano’s motto is a quotation from Seneca: Docendo Discitur, meaning “it is learned by teaching”. The Smarano Academy is a true meeting platform where people in our field gather to learn from one another and teach one another about a valuable European cultural heritage: the art of keyboard music before 1800. More than 350 alumni attended the Smarano Academy since 1993.
Magnífica interpretació d'una de les composicions que més m'agraden! Llàstima que el compositor morís tan jove! Hauria deixat , encara, obres extraordinàries com aquest Pare Nostre! Enhorabona! ❤❤
Getting goosepimples while listening to the vocal speech of these organ pipes and the transcendent dialogue of Harald Vogel with this extraordinary instrument. So old but so enjoying this Music. Thanks to Harald Vogel for playing and posting this.
Wonderful fluid and inventive free-style (without exaggerating - just the right 'portion', not 'offending' Frescobaldi's original intentions :) ). Bravo. Thanks for uploading.
@@Correadearauxobuongiorno maestro :)! particolare questo ricercare! è molto legato sento! sembra che volutamente le voci non riescano a muoversi molto! Credo sia una cosa voluta :)!
William, I liked your interpretive style and quiet voicing. Could you please advise what (2-stave) score you used for this performance? The only ones I found had a separate pedal stave, i.e. 3 staves. Thanks, Eric
