My name is Sergii Khromchenko. I am an Engineering Manager(SDET) in a fast-growing IT company based in Los Angeles. And an entrepreneur - I run the IT school Codemify (ex QALesson) When I was 18 I moved to North Dakota and worked there as a farm boy! One day I realized I want to change my career and move to California.

it's not as popular as Cypress at the time, because Cypress was out years before PW came out :). But as of todays PW overtook Cypress on npm trends too.
I have an interview tomorrow and watched this until the end, this was great. This is my first job in QA so any questions about Junior level would be awesome. Some fo this was further than I am in my journey but it still was extremely helpful and made me think more about the answers I hope to give. Great work!
That's the problem of majority of the bootcamps. They don't get you experience, but only theory. Just like colleges. That's why I've started my own bootcamp where people get experience from day 1
Hi there i am an aspiring QA tester and learnt the course for six months. currently looking for jobs and just wanted to ask by chance do you know any freelance testing jobs?please reply
That was very good and very helpful interview. The lesson I learned from it is that you have to prepare answers in advance. The recruter is a real professional.
Great question! It depends from group to group. For example, this summer was the record when 80% folks from one of the groups found jobs within 2 months of graduation! Some of them even found it before they have finished the course. The last one was yesterday: 96k Hybrid QA Automation Engineer job in Texas🔥
I like how you broke this down looking to land my first manual QA job and move on a QA automations so that I will be less likely to get laid off due to my technical skills
developer tools=>application=>local storage/session storage Great video, packed with informative content and clear explanations on where to start in QA Automation. I love Automation course in Codemify, thank you))
1:06:17 no, it's really hard question especially for junior, usually junior QA don't do anything in order to find the root of problem. They jus report what they saw without even thinking "why did this bug happen?"
Here is my version of 'Tell me about yourself' using your structure. I’m a software engineer in test with 4 years experience. Currently I work at the * company on a big data-related project. I’m the only QA engineer in the team. Managing everything: from creating test documentation to managing 8 QA frameworks and building TAFs from scratch. I specialize in both Automation and Manual Testing, covering everything from UI, API to Mobile and Performance testing. I use Java as a main programming language with a Rest Assured, Postman for API testing, Selenium for UI, Browserstack for mobile, Gatling, Scala and Jmeter for performance testing. I also have expirience in writing autotests in both BDD and TDD approaches. I’m exited to continue to grow in QA Automation field and gain technical experience in blockchain and web3 areas.
