I don’t really understand why people who are working in Saudi ,especially GCC countries to go through all these hardships to settle in Ireland… Agreed , it is individuals choice , however should do much research before making an attempt…..
If the countries in middle East allow people to settle their forever including allowing them to acquire citizenship; I don't think anyone would look forward to migrate to Ireland or any other European country from GCC.

It is easy to get a job if she is living in Ireland or staying in Ireland (after completing her studies as an overseas candidate during her stay back period). Usually they prefer to find candidates from Ireland or from European Union in these category.

If you break the contract, your current employer will cancel your work permit. If you are on dependent visa, it would not be a problem to change jobs. If you are on General Work Permit, it won't be an easy task. Once you become stamp 4 you could consider other job opportunities that doesn't require a professional registration or additional qualifications. Best wishes.
