Stop doing these and continue to do quality like that Redemption instead. Less 8cr, 420 or D2 etc. Even Böker got VG10 atleast in a bigger variety of knives. :/
I don't care if God sent St. Peter down to examine people's hands. If he did, especially after purchasing knives, he would find their hands empty. I could eat bologna sandwiches for the rest of the decade for this kind of money. I like Ken onions work. I have several knives that he designed. Damasteel is a wonderful Damascus. And just when I thought Benchmade was ridiculous. If you ever want to give a set of away to somebody to use for a while and get an honest review, you have my email. I have a hunch tha the review would be excellent because that is my opinion of these knives, everything but the price .
Titanium and Stainless steel combined with an electrolytic fluid, is a DISASTER waiting to happen! Apparently, CRKT does NOT understand SIMPLE Galvanic corrosion basics! NO WAY I'd pay for something SO outrageously expensive, for something that won't last more than a few years of service! Come on CRKT... get your act together!
I've owned my Obake almost 2 decades and as an Army Veteran and lifelong hunter in the Rockies, it's one I'm NEVER without. Thank you Lucas for the awesome design and carry options!🫡🇺🇸🦅
Have hunted this knife several years and field dressed three whitetails. The blade shape is ideal. I might have preferred a different steel . . . but I have to say it does the job and is easy to maintain.
Please intrgrate the Sure Fire tech into more knives. That should be your flagship feature. There is no easier knive to open single handledly that will for sure be locked in to place with one motion.
I tried to order clip screws and after waiting 4 weeks with no reply I sent a follow up request, only to be informed that my knife was discontinued, I asked for the specifications of the screw so I could purchase them elsewhere and was then informed that the specifications were proprietary. Nowhere on the website does it state that discontinued knives were not eligible for replacement hardware. Also, I find it hard to believe that common hardware such as screws are proprietary. If what I have been told is true could you, please update the information on your website and videos.
This is a pretty nice set, the chain, the gloves, the ammo box, the rope, the lighting. Pretty well put together for a film set, dark green and yellow works surprisingly well together.
