Chinese VA is renowned voice actress Huang Ying (黄莺). She's voiced a bunch of Blizzard game characters like Sarah Kerrigan, Sylvanas Windrunner, Li Ming too.
As a person who knows and understands Russian (I'm Ukrainian), for me Ada in the Russian translation sounds the worst, because her line in Russian maybe it sounds good at first glance, but the words themselves don't suit her, it's not in her style. In the English version, I think her lines suit her much better and in general for me the English version the best🤷🏻♀️
Fun fact: Aliya Nasyrova voiced Ada in the Russian voiceover. She's a popular dubbing actress here. She also voiced Lawan from DL2, Dani from FC6, Mom and Byasha from Tiny Bunny, Iana from R6, Randvi from AC Valhalla, Natty from Hogwarts Legacy and more.
Dear god the English one is the only one that sounds awful. Like wow no emotional like zero at all. Wish Capcom hired someone who actually knows how to act.
Video games must be the hardest form of media to voice act just considerimg the sheer mass of actual lines that mist be read for something that is hours upon hours long, especially hard for the main characters, tho im sure voice actors know all this going in
The team that voiced the Russian version also voiced the series "Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness". If you liked Russian voices, then go ahead and watch it.
