Calf stretches first thing every morning cured my plantar fascitis. Takes several months to rid of foot pain. Still do stretches even when plantar has gone to prevent return.
Aight now how come my podiatrist says 1-Stretching If that doesn’t work 2- cortisone shot. If that doesn’t work 3- surgery Like that’s it. Stretching does jack shit And I’ve heard those shots are extremely painful
