Biggest mistake I ever made, was to quit smoking. I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I struggled with diet and exercise but I could not stop the weight from coming on. I went from a slim 135 all the way up to a big fat pot bellied 275. That's right, I almost made it to 300. So I went back to 2 packs a day. I've only lost about 12 pounds so far, but I still believe, if I smoke for another 2 or 3 years, my weight will finally come back down again. Had I known I was going to get fat like this, you best believe, I'd have never quit smoking the first time, and to top it off, quitting was very tough for me to do

Recently stopped the after 4 years, my dizzy spells have vanished, i assumed they were 'just age'!! My mother was initially diagnosed with Parkinsons then demoted to Altzheimers which she allegedly died from! Her initial & accurate description of the enormous 'dizzy spell' that started the doctors initial diagnosis was, blow for blow EXACTLY like my 3 initial dizzy spells. Im generally scared of doctors but am prepaired to fight them tooth & nail on the topic of statins...if they are so 'safe' then my GP should also take them....for up to two years before i ever would!! 🙄
