Hi There! It would be bale weight dependent. The loader is rated at 1092 lbs, but you would need quite a little of ballast to lift weight out from. The CK series with KL4030c loader is rated at 1969 lbs and not much more money. Cheers!🚜🇺🇸
Hopefully the camera made the project look more dangerous than it actually was in reality. I for one admire anyone who is willing to take on such a challenge. Look forward to seeing the results.
Hi Robert, I took my mini excavator down to the pond and dug down as far as I could and never reached the culvert. That’s why I hired my buddy, it was more than I wanted to spend, but I really wanted to get the old rotten culvert out. Hopefully the pond holds water 💦 🚜🇺🇸
Hey Ty Thanks buddy! Trying to upscale my game🤣😂 Thanks for the view! One step closer to winning the toaster oven 😅 Shouldn’t you be hunting or something? Cheers buddy!🇺🇸🚜
Take that metal tab off, then clean it and the mating surface on the tank with brake cleaner spray, then put Permatex "right stuff" gasket maker on it and quickly reassemble while caulk is wet, then let dry. It won't leak anymore.
Hi Bob! Thanks for the tip. I fixed it in a very similar way as you suggested. It has been working well, no leaks. I appreciate you checking out the video. Take care!🇺🇸🚜
Hi There! Yep! There sure is…. Nice and edged all sides, but as I mentioned this wasn’t about the concrete work😂🫣 Thanks for checking out the video, I appreciate it! Cheers🇺🇸🚜
I've owned a Palm Harbor since 2015 and I wouldn't buy another one if they paid me! This is the worst purchase I've ever made. No service after sale, horrible build quality, don't even try to get them out to fix anything, etc. This company has literally made me sick going back and forth with them. I'm warning you now. Figure out another way.
Hey Mike, great video. Don't think I had ever seen a 3 point mixer in use before. Definitely saved the back a bit from having to mix it by hand. Being able to dump better would definitely help. They make a top link adapter which would add some length to the top link. Not sure if it would work, may be too long. But if it would work, might give you the extra length needed to fully dump. Just a thought. Enjoyed the video.
😅Hi Jeff! Roger that! An extension would have been good. It took a week for me and my buddy to connect, so when we did, I was eager to get it done. I probably should have tested things first more thoroughly. I had not seen a mixer either. Thanks for stopping by! Take care- have a good week!!🇺🇸🚜
Hey @mailmannb7970, Yes, definitely get a leaf blower. It doesn't take much and its so much easier! Here's my short on the topic. Cheers! ru-vid.comUzDBI4GWAI0?feature=share
Great for projects that use 3 bags, like fence posts, maybe not so good for multi load pours like flat work. very nice real world demonstration and video
The finished project looks good. I'm not sure the mixer would be worth it to me, looks like too much effort and danger over a small electric mixer. Thanks for the video
😅Hi There… In our area, air is nice for a couple months of the year. We might do it someday, but it was not a priority. If we were in a hot climate, different story. Thanks for stopping by.
I have owned several stick built houses, this is my first manufactured home. We have been happy with it overall. It’s just like a stick house as far as maintenance. Cleaning gutters, windows, caulking, touch up stuff. I think some of the issues can be a result of the type of pad you put it on. I don’t think I could deal with being in a park. Good luck with your project. 👊👏🔨🪚
@@Chemosh418 120k, yes, they charge you to deliver and setup. Most places we looked, setup and delivery was included in the price. You have to pay separately for skirting and porches.
@Chemosh418 I don’t recall what the snow rating is. I know it had to pass our county requirement in order to get the placement permit. We loose power two or three times on average in the winter. I have generator plugs for all our buildings so we can keep the power going
What a sweet puppy. Thank you for the review of this home. Just a thought about the ceiling cracks, Lowes carries paintable wallpaper that if you were up to it could help with that problem?
Hi there, I recently sold my CK3520H with the backhoe. I purchased a new CK2620 cab and a bobcat e26 mini excavator. I have found advantages to both. The backhoe was great for putting in utilities and some other chores. The tractor moves much faster than the excavator and is more nimble. The excavator has more digging ability and better reach. You can google the backhoe you are considering and it will give you the specs. Here’s what I found; The Kioti KB2475 is a backhoe attachment for Kioti tractors that can trench up to 94 inches deep and has a bucket dig force of up to 3,748 pounds. It has the following features: Hydraulics: Self-contained hydraulics and two-lever hydraulic controls Buckets: Comes with a variety of buckets, including
Hi Jeff Yes. True story! I just put a stereo in it for pretty cheap and it is great with the Bluetooth. No more plugging the phone in for music. First world problems 😅 Cheers buddy 🚜🇺🇸
Yep. I've done it several times. I do the same thing and keep the bucket down. I also scan with google Maps as best as I can before I go, and I also walk the field if possible. Invariably, i still hit rocks. I also keep spare bush hog sheer pins on hand as well. Great video as usual. 👍
Excellent! I am not alone. The google maps is an a good idea as well. Like you said you still hit them. I have found way more than I have hit, fortunately, no serious damage. Thanks for the comment. Cheers!🇺🇸🚜
Another great video young man!! Grill guard looks awesome. From watchin you work your kioti I just bought a new kioti ck3520se shuttle shift about a month ago i truly love this tractor so far just hav 54 hours on it.went to my nephew's to move a bunch of brush well put my first dent in hood very small but really aggravated me. I definitely need to get a Grill guard. Thanks for sharing be safe have fun enjoy
Hey Mike! Wow! Congratulations on the new tractor. Sounds like you are well on your way to break that baby in!😅 Sorry about war wound, it happens when you work them. I appreciate you checking out the video! Keep up the good work! Cheers!🇺🇸🚜
Depending on conditions I might do that more than once an hour. Just stash the blower nearby. Blowing it all out is faster than removing the screens from the CK. I don't like their screen design.
Love your new tractor with the cabin 🤩 Good idea with the bucket down. I know this problem. We also have a lot of stones in our area. I am actually thinking about buying a bigger tractor with cabin instead of my Solis. But i have to save money first 😅 🍻 Greetings, Christian
I just got the same tractor month or so ago. I think you're on point with a lot of what you bring up. The dealer tuned mine before delivery so it's essentially giving me close to 35 hp. I have two main complaints about the tractor which are the hydraulics which are absolutely horrible when you compare those to my Kubota. I wish Kioti wouldn't have cut Corners with the hydraulics. The other is fuel consumption this thing drinks diesel like crazy, when compared to my Kubtoa and my other 42hp Case I used to have. I'm not sure if you have the same experience. I will tell you having the AC and stereo is absolutely amazing.
Hi there! Oh nice. Dealer tune up! Sweet! I think it is a lot of tractor for the money. I agree the hydraulics could be better. I already installed a stereo after saying I probably wouldn’t. It is sweet. It also seems a little too heavy compared to my open station. Might be my imagination. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers🇺🇸🚜
Hi there! Very true! The hammer heads do a nice job, almost a finish cut. I did an upper field that I am trying to restore and it made fine pieces of the grass and weeds. Cheers!🇺🇸🚜
How wide is your offset flail? I'm looking for one for my CK 2620 cab like yours but the 18 pto hp on AC machines will only run a 48 inch offset I am finding but can run a 60 inch Delmarino side shift according to their specs. Just wondering what your running. Thanks.
Hi! This one is basically a 48”, I would say you can get maybe 24-30” offset outside the right tire. I bought and ran this one off my CK3510 before I bought this tractor. It’s probably a little big hp wise, but it handles it fine. Here’s the unit; www.brabereq.com/3pt-offset-boom-mower-be-agl125f Thanks for stopping by! Cheers🇺🇸🚜
Hey there! I have had it a while now. It is definitely handy. Pretty forgiving with the rocks I’ve been hitting. I have some extra heads for this winter maintenance program. 😂Thanks for the comment! Cheers🇺🇸🚜
Thank you for an excellent and thorough review! Have the same class machine, a CK3520SE with about 60 Hours so far on it. Been just as fantastic, and only real issue was when I forgot to remove a wheel lock and drove a few feet, so lost the front tire bead. Use a wheel lock, gps, and steering wheel lock to keep it safe, as I keep mine covered in the woods behind our home until a more permanent covered home is built. The Kioti will surely play a huge part in building a new home for itself! Also have the loader and factory backhoe, grapple, forklift, ballast box, subsoiler, and box blade. Have lights for it still in the box, and plans for a rops cover as well. Just brought home 40 - 60lb sacks of concrete, and was able to move around the pallet from my truck with relative ease. You and a few other good colleagues helped me make a great decision with this wonderful equipment. Thank you!!!
Hi Luke I have not. In talking with the mechanic at the dealership, typically it is user error, like in my case (one time) when I could not get the tractor to regen and I did not follow the instructions in the manual. Most people believe you should run the tractor at high RPMS to make the regen more efficient and infrequent. Thanks for stopping by! Cheers🇺🇸🚜
Thanks for the great videos and information. I bought my Kioti back in December. Watching your channel helped me make a decision on going with Kioti. I got the CK4020 SE. Keep the videos coming. Im trying to put out some too to help others with information.
Hey @n.c.outdoors ! Sweet! Congratulations! Good choice! I appreciate the support and comments. Glad to hear someone else is out there putting out helpful information. Cheers buddy!🇺🇸🚜
It would be interesting to know what people were bush hogging or whatever when they had problems. No guards here and I've never had a problem. I've cut weeds as tall as the cab. I let one of my hay fields grow into a butterfly garden this year. Which has been amazing. I'll take the bush hog to it after first good frost, usually mid-October, and see if I have any issues. A CK3510 handles a middleweight 6 foot bush hog just fine, if anyone is wondering. It's just a few inches wider than the industrial tires I have.
Hi there! Same here. I ran my ck3510 for 5 years and put 800 hours on it. I did put a rock through the oil pan, but no axle issues. That being said, I have seen grass wrapped around axles at the shop and I have had people tell me they disconnect the driveline when haying to prevent the issue. Thanks for checking out the video and sharing! Cheers🇺🇸🚜
Hi Mike, don’t believe that either one of my Kioti CK 3510 (2022) or 2620 (2023) have the driveline covers. Would have noticed that when doing the oil service on the 3510. Did your 3510 have the covers? Just curious if you recall? So far, that has not been a problem in my area when flail mowing my fields. Not a big deal to install, I might consider ordering it if I notice that stuff starts to get wrapped around that shaft (especially at the ends).
@willhutchinson3242 Hi Will, I did not have one on my CK3510. I would not have thought much of it, but after the mechanic showed me areas that sucked grass, and a customer told me he removes his driveline to avoid the issue, I thought I’d rather be safe. Thanks for stopping by. Cheers🇺🇸🚜
well build your own DIY system for a small 500 or 1000 sq ft seal spray and when you notice area s of your driveway needing a touch up then DIY right. I need a 500 ft long asphalt drive in way my self.
Hey Mike, I like it. You know me, now I have got to get one. Hope things are well your way. Great informative video. Take care and have a great Labor Day weekend.
