For comparison, he has bowled 100 balls in domestic red ball cricket, Bumrah had bowled close to 900 overs in domestic red ball before making his test debut. Give him time to develop for tests. t20 is fine though.

Even after this video he scored 2 centuries in the very next 2 matches and has the record for the fastest 1000 test runs in the span of last 75 years..And have to applaud him for sacrificing his 182* for the course of the team, otherwise it would have been his first double century just in 13 innings (now having 5 centuries to his name) PS:- He has shown his class, but I really hope his fans will support him through thick and thin

That’s the opposite of selfish buddy; it was done for the team so that they could get wickets at the end of the day which they did and then bundled out nz for 88. He will have plenty of opportunities to score a double hundred but the win matters much much more

Probably players who are not getting selected are behind this , it’s easy to fool people in 3rd world countries and making online trends like this. It’s an unfortunate story while SL management and coaching staff backs him but there’s a massive pressure from home fans who think there’s a hide conspiracy (who has little knowledge about the game) and it’s mentally effecting him.

and the think abt pitches is road and ground is smalll..it applies only for few grounds like Bengaluru , hyderabad etc... while dube plays 50% matches at chennai , slow pitch and big enough ground... Jaipur , Lucknow , mumbai , ahmedabad are good enough
i think he is a kind of player who runs on confidence..he sometimes majorly lacks that confidence and it impact his game....We all know he struggles a lot against good pacers but he is beast when comes to spin ..overall INDIA has better player than him to start in 11
