My grandfather on my mothers side was a undertaker during WW2. Family history has it that he was one of the people given the job of removing the dead crew from one of the submarines. A TV station made a documentary of the attack and quoted a old lady who said she saw two “scruffily dressed street bums” or words to that effect , removing the sailors bodies from one submarine. Even in WW2 there were regulations about treatment/handling of deceased people. They would have been licensed undertakers not street bums. His duties included going into the rail tunnels under Sydney recovering bodies and pieces of bodies of people who committed suicide in the tunnels. He had a cast iron stomach. His family were undertakers since 1901. The bodies of those Japanese crewmen were cremated and returned to Japan via a neutral country embassy.

Not very good with those cheap exhaust valves...

Actually bought the new clean space 2 low profile unit and I'm a custodian for a public high school. I wanted something to protect me from all of the bacteria and chemicals and cleaners we use and come in contact with on a daily basis. Maybe even help with the covid virus if that is possible. I was wearing a mask and sometimes a 3M respirator p100 filter. By the end of the day I was exhausted and my face was wet with all that moisture built up around my mouth just a horrible feeling. I was also not getting enough air pulling through that filter was tough especially when you're working hard and moving around a lot. I absolutely love this unit It changed everything. It makes it through my entire 8-hour shif on a single charge. My face doesn't get wet or hot and I never feel like I'm gasping for air. I've never had a problem with the valve in the front of the mask. I thought the same thing what a cheap looking valve. So far it has done well. I have checked my mask for leaks by pulling a vacuum on it and it does not recover so the valve works very well. Just thought I might let you know that in case you're interested in getting one. You have a great day.

@Shinzon23 I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you. I didn't check my email for a while. I didn't realize you had replied to me. Anyway, I just went to the cleanspace website and purchased it from there. I believe they have a US based website if you live in the United States. Their home company is in Australia. I tried to buy the Halo version of the respirator at the time covid-19 was really going strong and by law they we're not willing to sell that particular model to me as a individual unless I was a medical care professional. I will try to look up the website and get back to you if I can find it. Please keep in mind it was a while back when I purchased it. I also think they have a newer model now hook up to your phone via Bluetooth. Anyways, they are really well-designed respirators. Okay, I went ahead and looked up the website. This is what I found www.cleanspaceusa.com/ P.S. I would also look at the one that you can attach a face shield to reason being for this is if you get the one with just the mask it's very hard for people to understand you when you talk the one with the face shield comes with a accessory for a microphone so your voice is loud and clear when you speak with the mask on and won't sound muddled because of the face mask. Either way, you will be happy with the result of the respirator. I am not kidding you night and day compared to just a regular respirator theses things are like magic. Have a blessed day.
