You better find out if that building is close to its 40 year inspection. One condominium building is asking after its 40 year inspection 175 thousand per condo for repairs. I don’t know anything about this place but I would ask if I was a buyer. Just saying
Hi Bruce. We appreciate your comment but not much we can do about the interior layout but a Buyer has the opportunity to recreate the interior to their liking. The home is priced below appraisal and with the current market of the neighborhood it is in. Are you looking for a residence in that area?
