I am 160cm and I weigh 54kg my goal weight is 50kg and I will try this diet but i will eat banana instead of cherry tomatoes bc i dont like tomatoes tho: Day 1: i drank tea in the morning and for lunch oat meal w honey and cinnamon and banana for evening i ate 3 eggs and 1 banana and some sweets I didn't do sports Day 2: I drank tea and 3 eggs w bananas and my mom didn't buy milk so I didn't ate oatmeal so I just ate a little what my mom bought and I ate some sweet I didn't do sports too Day 3: I ate banana with eggs but I did an omelette because the eggs got boring for me than I ate oatmeal and then banana Day 4: I ate 2 eggs with bread and 1 banana then I ate an omelett again and just a little bit food what my mom did I didn't ate that much Day 5: I ate oatmeal and tea than I was out walking with friends so I lost calories and then I ate bread w 2 eggs and also bread w something else ik my fault I will be better tomorrow Day 6: Day 7:
9:31 I wanted to add something on this note, I am 173cm and at the beginning of this diet i was 80kg, so i am not small framed, but I also feel really satisfying and filling, and after the third day, I had no cravings other than coffe with sugar. The eggs keeps me full and the oatmeal as well, plus the honey on the oatmeal is the key that keeps me from cheating because it's like a desert, i switch between cinnamon and unsweetened cocoa powder for flavor, the flaxseed and the cooked apple in the oatmeal helps me a lot with bowl movements, because only eggs can make you constipated.
