I am filing a EB-3 for unskilled worker as a Care giver. On the ETA-9141 I used my company Tax ID. The problem is my company is not sponsoring the worker. I am sponsoring the worker. When I try to advertise the job, the State states that I have to apply for a new Tax Id as homemaker. I did get a new Tax ID. On the 1-140. It ask for my Tax Id, should I put the new Tax ID and give an explanation that the ETA-9141 contains a typographical error. Thanks for your respond. Daphne Cheddesingh
