Please help seniors with a supplemental plan across the board that everyone can afford and get equal healthcare benefits , no one should have to fight for their lives because of subpar healthcare. Some things I agree with, some things I do not. Taxes should not be higher than 10%. I have never thought it appropriate for the federal government to tax citizens more than the tithe that goes to G-d. Secondly, all loop holes should be eliminated and this includes the child tax credit. Just because someone has a kid or a family, that doesn't mean they should be given permission via the federal government to not pay their fair share. Breeding is not a valid reason to not pay taxes. Also, all wages and tips should be taxed. All income should be taxable, otherwise the system creates favoritism and that's not right or legal. The best thing to do is to have a flat tax of 10% regardless of what you make or what your job is. Equality is always better than playing favorites, and it's not the role of the federal government to pick the winners and the losers. It's kind of hypocritical for democrats to push the 'American dream' ideology but then once someone starts making a lot of money or becomes rich, then it's let's tax them because they don't deserve it. You can't have it both ways and claim to care.

Women are dying because 20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage, ectopic implantation and internal hemorrhaging, or fetal abnormalities incompatible with life. Those are the odds every pregnancy faces. Some women require chemotherapy post miscarriage because fetal cells remain in their uterus and develop into choriocarcinoma , a rare cancer wrought tumor. It’s not all that rare. It happened to a friend of mine. So, given the real, life threatening risks of pregnancy and delivery to the mother, not to mention preeclampsia, cardiomyopathy, placenta previa, hemorrhage, amniotic embolism, stroke, hyperemesis gravidarium, sepsis, gestational diabetes, death of the fetus in utero, it is no wonder that 1) managing pregnancy, birth and all their associated life-threatening effects requires a medical degree and extensive specialization, not an election to state office, and 2) women are at real risk of death during every pregnancy, and readily available and affordable obstetric healthcare unfettered by fear of criminal prosecution is a necessity
Why doesn't the SCOTUS make a law enforcing child support payments instead??? My daughter is owned over $20,000 in court ordered child support payments but Kansas doesn't enforce those court rulings!!!!

Yes, I know about those who point to a fetus and say "baby" but again, that is a religious belief, not a fact. And we haven't even BEGUN to talk about the incredibly complex medical and social questions related to problem pregnancies that these laws not only don't address but also exacerbate. "Protecting life"? Nonsense. These laws have always been about controlling, denigrating, and devaluing women. Threat of criminal prosecution exposes that agenda. Choice does not compel anyone to accept an abortion who does not want one. Abortion bans, however, violate the private freedoms of those who do not share the religious basis of these laws.
