are you sure there CO2 ,,CAUSE I THINK THERE JUST AIR ,LIKE SAME AS A SCUBA TANK IS FILLED WITH ,,I HAVE AN OLD SODA MAKER FROM MY GRANDFATHER ,YOU PUT WATER IN IT ,SCREW ON THE TOP AND YOU INSERT A BULB AND RELEASE THE BULB INTO THE WATER AND YOU HAVE TO MOVE THE GLASS SODA WIRE COVERED BOTTLE UPSIDE DOWN AND BACK A BUNCH OF TIMES FOR IT TO WORK BUT OVERALL SAME A SODA STREAM OK ,,I TRYED IT WITH THESE BULBS AND IT WOULD NOT WORK ,,SO I THINK THEY ARE JUST COMPRESSED AIR NOT LIQUID CO2 BUT I MIGHT BE WRONG HEY
Yes. These cartridges are filled with liquid Carbon dioxide. CO2 cartridges are used in these types of airsoft shooting guns. Please search on internet about this. Here a video. You should make a 3-stages pump instead of " 4 stages pump".because 4-stage pcp pump is complicated. 3-stages pump is simple as compare to the 4-stages
If you zero this gun at 50 yards, you can hunt 40 to 60 yards without keeping reticle above the target. If you hunt at more than 60 yards you have to keep the reticle above the target.
No. Because compression of nitrogen gas is slow while loading a pellet. But when when we fire, air expand suddenly. You know sudden expand of air causes coolness. So over all gun is not heated as much as you think.

My rifle is not the same as this one, but mine is also a break-action air rifle. Is the cooling effect the same on mine? Honestly, I don't want my gun to get old and worn out quickly...
@kripraz there are two types of break barrel air guns. 1. Springer 2. Nitro piston (gas compression acts like spring) If your gun is springer, it needs to be changed its spring and seal after some time depending on the quality of spring and seal.
For the Clueless, basically the Nitrogen Gas replaces a Spring, as you have in a "Springer" Air Rifle. Pro's - Nitrogen is more consistent than a Spring shot after shot, and it's noisy like a Spring in a Steel Tube is. * Con's - When the Nitrogen eventually LEAKS OUT (and it will), the gun is useless until you have to have the Nitrogen refilled (not cheap), whereas a Spring rarely loses it's strength unless you foolishly leave the Gun "Cocked" (spring compressed) and leave it that way for weeks, months and years! (I'm a Gunsmith that also works on hunting and competition Air Rifles)
