She is justifiably angry and extremely brave to stand up in public and make a stand against the injustice she received from the court.
He is going to be dishonestly discharged. The legal process in the defense forces means that they have to wait for the civil court to conclude it process first. He's as good as gone already. But they will have questions to answer about their lack of action regarding previous cases that didn't receive national media attention. The reason this is getting national and international attention is because the victim is speaking out.
