This page includes random projects I have or am working on:
* Visual artist * Electronic Music DJ (Deep House, Techno, House) * Electronic Music producer * Mobile DJ business owner * Mixing & Mastering music * RC cars (Traxxas Bandit 2wd)
I started making music and DJ'ing electronic music and party music around 2000 but in early 2020 i started mixing hip hop and all kinds of genres.
Yeah same here. I guess you need a bit of luck as well. I was thinking the weather in this video was amazing like low mid 20 degrees (Celcius) and lots of plastic components on the car. Maybe all that plastic and nice weather helped the car flex?

2WDs jump as good as 4WDs. I remember my Arrma BLX 2WD (the old one) was the first car I did triple backflips with. 2WD Stampede is great for flips as well. Bigger cars are more staple in the air because of the weight.
Really good video. Thank you. Similar setup here, running 2 x DXR10 with one EKX 18 SP. You just described the ekx in a perfect way. Im thinking in selling it. Just needed 2 more tops for others gigs and got myself some powerfull FBT Promaxx 14a . Now im torne beetween one DXS15 MKii or one DXS18 . In the future I will grab a second one. Im thinking to pair with these FBT tops, I reaaly need some serious bass, so I was thinking the 18 would make.more.sense. But this thing is so much bigger and hevier than the EKX. Also, it costs much more here in brazil than the 15 ones. Do you feel like it would be better for you if had a dxs18 in some gigs? One dsx15 can go as loud as one EKX18? Thank you in advance. Best wishes
I don't get why people hate on the bandit. Frankly, on a racetrack it takes way more skills to be fast with a bandit than a revo for example. (I did own both) I got a brushed Bandit with a pinion swap and I love racing it. Sticking to a good line and highest speeds through corners is not a simple job. Could it be too hard to drive so people hate it?
I'm surprised at how much fun this car is. With all the options to mod it it's a lot of fun. Very durable in my opinion. Worst thing is the screws coming loose after a full battery pack
4WD is more beginner friendly but i think learning to drive a 2WD buggy from the getgo is the best way to learn RC, they're the most nimble, if you can wheel a 2wd buggy you can wheel anything
@@georqedubyakush6066 I was thinking Kraton exb 6s but where I live Traxxas parts are easy to get. I'm not so sure about Aarma parts availability here in Oz
I drive very good at drifting. Have worked all my life with excavator. So always have good feelings in my arms/hand. What 2 wd rc should i buy? I like all type of rc cars.
Good work Sash! You're nearly there mate! Look forward to your triumphant return to the jump circuit! That poor car... I can't wait to see the new battery version doing 20+m flips. 😂
I’m a new subscriber nice video 🤙🏽👍🏽😁 . It’s crazy how expensive it is in Australia but that part you broke in the front arm if you google Traxxas bandit front hub that will get you what you need and you can see the parts that show up online. Hope that’s helps a little bit.
When you say 500 people venue do you mean A) 500 people venue with realistically 300 guests and 80 people on the dance floor and everyone else in the background? or do you mean B) 500 people venue with 500 actual people there all listening and dancing to a band or DJ?
@@acamilloni IMO the 15 inch subs wouldn't be enough. I'd definitely get at least one DXS 18 an a pair of 15 inch tops minimum but that still wouldn't be ideal. 500 people watching a band I'd get a pair of DXS 18's and 4 x top speakers and I'd space out the 4 speakers like I did towards the end of the video. There's a big difference in gear you need for 300 people to 500 unfortunately. If I was gonna use the DXS 15's I'd want 3 of them side by side in the middle. A pair of DXS18's would put a huge smile on your face along with the 4 top speakers IMO
@@acamilloni 500 people you're talking at least 2x18's and 4x15 tops. You can with something smaller, but you're going to have the smaller system cranked on max all night and that's not something you want to do if you care about the longevity of your speakers. Remember, you can rent speakers for larger gigs, you dont have to buy speakers.
aah cool nice one. I've got like 10 million RU-vid pages i'm slowly putting all my shit here on the one page. How you been anyhow? Still DJ'n or makin music?
Im a underground Dj playing Techno, psy and deeper tones and progressive. I started Djing during the pandemic because all clubs and bars was shut down. I just bought 2 x Yamaha DXR15" and 2 x Yamaha DXS15" subs for up comming outdoor partys in 2024. I now have them rigged up in the liveingroom. But they are to loud and its to much power to be used at home. The sound from the tops are so clear that i was a bit surprised when i first got them. And now when i added the 2 subs its even better. Wow im so happy about my Yamaha setup 🙏 I have a few short clips and videos on my other channel and a few mix tapes if anyone are intereseted. The gigs i play at there do we use Mackie 18" tops and subs just to point that out. @DjItchyNipples
yeah cool man. I find with the DXR 15's they are a touch bright so on the mixer i'll set the hi's for both channels to 11 o'clock to take out a tough of hi's but other than that they are fantastic speakers for the price
Great informative video! I was looking for it to revisit and pleased I found the updated version. We use one dxs sub and 2 x DBR 12s for my sons band. I found with the sub certain frequencies when pushed hard will make the sub box it self rattle. I found having the gain structure spot on with the electric drums helps a lot too. That is for the kick drum mainly. Using a Presonus 16 0 2 desk I use the xlr into the preamp. I don’t need as much gain compared to the 1/4” in and that makes a huge difference . The bass guitar sounds awesome through it too. Over all it’s a great sub..🤙
Nice one thanks for the watch. I'm surprised you found the video as since I've re-uploaded it I can't get it to appear in any search function. May I ask how you found the video? RU-vid search function?
@@rodcole818 Cheers. Yeah I had to take it down as it had Queen's 'Under Pressure' song in it and was banned in a lot of countries so I edited it out and re-uploaded it.
Yes they crack down on that for sure. Shame it has to go. There were some great comments in there. Thanks for the effort in putting the review together..🤙
