I wanna ask our fellow self defense instructors whether you are getting the honorium or not 'cos i got an honorium of 5000 only once in 2021-22. Is the deptt/govt giving the honorium on monthly basis or yearly basis. Can someone reply to my queries.
Is the instructors for the training done according to block/district wise. I'm also an instructor under Mkg district but haven't heard of such training.

I don't have an idea where this is from but they really need to work on their handles, shooting, finishing, they miss a lot of easy mid range shots and have poor shot selections, it seems they don't practice regularly and there should be more contests and perimeter defence
Thank you for the clippings of the training sessions. It will provide immense help to recollect all the steps while training the students back in each respective school. Back in the days 2012 or 2013 we use to destroyed some of the school rings due to dunk so they restricted us playing basketball at their school.thats how we ended our carrier 💔love from lamka.
