The next step after that is low voltage and high voltage setting. What are this suppose to be set to? I have mine set to f 12, it says 64% but the BTS app says 12%.

When the volts drops excessively when in use, this is a sign your battery is too small, is not capable of supporting the load, but will not last as long ad it could, it will discharge too fast, and possably shorter life, it needs h marine battery, a 12.9-13v battery shouldn't drop below 11-11.5v
Yes. If it has a 2" ball you might need to downgrade to a 1-7/8" ball. I've never tried a 2" ball. It should fit, but the 1-7/8" would be the solution if for some reason it doesn't.

Thanks for the input. Those are sealed bearings, and putting a grease fitting on the column would fill up the entire inside of the cavity with grease, which would make a huge mess. Instead we use a needle thrust bearing on the bottom to take the load off of the bearings to make them last longer. All of 4 of the flange bearings and the two thrust bearings bearings and washers will have to be replaced occasionally, and the cost to do so is minimal.
