This is 777Trains, I am a UK based train enthusiast who has always enjoyed watching the trains in my local area and other trains when I got the chance, but now I want to share my experiences, I take trips all over when I can to record videos, I also share my own personal railway moments when they happen.
I hope you come to like my content and subscribe!
777Trains was named after the new Class 777 "Metro" Trains that entered service with Merseyrail on January 23rd 2023.
If you need to ask me something please use my email.
Yeah, I had a nightmare researching that, different articles confused each other, so I did make a mistake there, thanks for the info! Sadly I can't correct it at this point.
I was visiting Birkenhead for a several days a few weeks ago and used this service from Chester to Bebington and into Liverpool central a few times . Very impressed with the new 777’s although the seats were a bit on the hard side . 👍
I needed to know why they don’t dig a tunnel and do an extension for the main line Train so that they can extend the unused abandoned underground train stations. Why couldn’t they use the part D78 Stock train doors on the sides and also restructure the front face of the A60 and A62 stock that includes the class 313, class 314 and class 315 remix and make them all together and also redesign them an overhead line and also make them into Five cars per units and also having three Disabled Toilets on those Five cars per units A60 and A62 stock trains and also convert the A60 and A62 stock trains into a Scania N112, Volvo B10M, Gardner 6LXB, Gardner 6LXC and Gardner 8LXB Diesel Engines and also put the Loud 7-Speed Voith Gearboxes even Loud 8-Speed Leyland Hydra cyclic Gearboxes in the A60 and A62 stock, class 313, class 314, and class 315 and also modernise the A60 and A62 stock and make it into an 11 car per unit so it could have fewer doors, more tables, computers and mobile phone chargers. A Stock Train and 8 Disabled Toilets on those A stock trains. why couldn’t we refurbish and modernise the Waterloo and city line Triple-Track train tunnel and make it larger and extend it to the bank station, making it into a Triple-Track Railway Line so those Five countries such as Australia, Germany, Italy, Poland And Sweden to convert the waterloo and city line Triple-Track Railway tunnel into a High-Speed Railway lines? The Third Euro tunnel Triple-Track Railway line to make it 11 times better for passengers so they could go from A to B. Then put the modernised 11 car per unit A Stock and put them on a bigger modernised Waterloo and city line Triple-Track train tunnel so it could go to bank station to those Five countries such as Australia, Germany, Italy, Poland And Sweden. The modernised refurbished 11 cars per unit A stock could be a High Speed The Third Triple-Track Euro Tunnel Train So it is promising and 47 times a lot more possible to do this kind of project if that will be OK for London Australia, Germany, Italy, Poland And Sweden. oh by the way, could they also tunnel the Triple-Track Railway Line so it will stop from Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Essex so that the Passengers will go to Australia, Germany, Italy, Poland and Sweden and also extend the Triple-Track Railway Line from the Bank to Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Essex Stations so that more people from there could go to Australia, Germany, Italy, Poland And Sweden more Easily. Why couldn't they extend the Piccadilly Line and also build brand-new underground train stations so it could go even further right up to Clapton, Wood Street can they also make another brand new underground train station in Chingford and could they extend the Piccadilly Line and the DLR right up to Chingford? All of the classes 150, 155, 154, 117, 114, 105, and 106, will be replaced by all of the Scania N112, Volvo B10M, Gardner 6LXB, Gardner 6LXC and Gardner 8LXB Diesel Five carriages three disabled toilets are air conditioning trains including Highams Park for extended roots which is the Piccadilly line and the DLR trains. Could you also convert all of the 1973 stock trains into an air-conditioned maximum speed 78 km/hours (48 MPH) re-refurbished and make it into a 8 cars per unit if that will be alright, and also extend all of the Piccadilly train stations to make more space for all of the extended 8 car per unit 1973 stock air condition trains and can you also build another Mayflower and Tornado Steam Locomotive Companies and can they order Every 77 Octagon and Every 47 Hexagon shape LNER diagram unique small no.13 and unique small no.11 Boilers from those Countries such as Greece, Italy, Poland, and Sweden, can they make Mayflower and Tornado Steam Locomotive speeds by up to 147MPH so you can try and test it on the Original Mainline so it will be much more safer for the Passengers to enjoy the 147MPH speed Limit only for HS2 and Channel Tunnel mainline services, if they needed 16 Carriages Per units, can they use those class 55’s, class 44’s, class 40’s and class 43HST Diesel Locomotive’s right at the Back of those 18 Carriages Per Units so they can take over at the Back to let those Mayflower and Tornado Steam Locomotive’s have a rest for those interesting Journeys Please!!!!!!, oh can you make all of those Coal Boxes’s 18 Tonnes for all of those 147MPH Mayflower and Tornado Steam Locomotive’s so the Companies will Understand us PASSENGER’S!! so please make sure that the Builders can do as they are told!!!!! And Please do something about these very very important Professional ideas Please? Prime Minister of England, Prime Minister of Australia, Prime Minister of Sweden, Prime Minister of Germany, Prime Minister of Italy, Prime Minister of Poland and that Includes the Mayor of London.
Need TP Express to start a fast Lime Street to Manchester Airport. The Northers service takes forever, there was a fast one before the pandemic but they never brought it back. Good to see the investment at Huyton allowing fast trains to pass in what used to be a bottleneck.
Omg what are the chances I saw this exact train while in Prestatyn on the same day! I was on the bridge at the station waiting to get a picture since that was my first time seeing a voyager in person! Shame they are removing them though because the tilt feature is so cool and unique and makes them fit the fleet with the pendolinos more
idk why everyone calls it the birmingham tram... it wasn't until 2014/15 that it actually went into Birmingham, plus Birmingham never really claimed it as there's... hence the name West Midlands Metro.. or its former name Midland Metro... no hate but people calling it the Birmingham tram just annoys me because its not just simply the Birmingham tram because it goes through a lot more places than just Birmingham!
I think since Birmingham is the biggest place it goes through, it's is the most recognisable name to give it, however as I know its not the official name I only put it in the brackets! 🙂
If you ever needed convincing that London and Glasgow ain’t the only places with an underground system, then look at this…this is Liverpool as well as Newcastle coming over to you and grabbing you by the throat
I think most staff are generally understanding about rail enthusiasts, just always ensure you stay behind the yellow line and be mindful that it's public transport and people need to get about! But no, I didn't get shouted at at all.
I hate platforms 13 and 14 at Piccadilly with a passion and I wish that TfW would stop using it for SailRail via Chester, Crewe & Llandnuo, which they should use more direct trains from Victoria instead - I’m a little surprised that there was services from Piccadilly to Liverpool, I thought they only operated from Victoria
Yeah, I heard about that news, some fire in the immediate vicinity of the station caused a few nearby buildings to be evacuated (a hotel involved too I think!).
@@1eatransportnorthwest Oh, they kept the loop open? I thought they may have closed it, I live next to the railway on the Wirral and I heard a number of trains passing in the same direction
It's actually more difficult to get the old one now, they are being refurbished fast, you might be able to find online a list of those refurbished, realtimetrains will tell you which train is running on each service.
@@duploman0003As a metro commuter service, the seats are designed to be short haul services. Seats for longer haul services have a similar level of comfort but everyone is different.
@@Class777 I know, but I’d rather have comfortable seats on short distances too. Now I often have the feeling that after a short journey it feels like I’ve been sitting on rocks for an hour.
Wilmslow is in Cheshire in the northwest of England 🏴. There are plenty of trains 🚊 stop 🛑 at Wilmslow everyday where most trains 🚆 that don’t stop 🛑 at Wilmslow when they run via Wilmslow everyday is XC - CrossCountry perhaps 🤔. Wilmslow is near Manchester in the northwest of England 🏴. There are around 6 platforms in Wilmslow. Train 🚊 company NT - Northern will be getting the 3 car class 323s from WMR - West Midlands Railway 🚃 by around perhaps 🤔 the end of 2024 or somewhere in 2025. At present 💝, there are second generation DMU - Diesel ⛽️ Multiple Unit trains 🚊 and EMU - Electric ⚡️ Multiple Unit trains 🚊 that contains a toilet 🚽 🚻. i did this trip once from Liverpool but was going to West Bromwich .Surely like my train it stopped at Galton bridge for connection to 'The Hawthornes?'
Especially when coming up from the Metrolink platforms from Shudehill and Market St/Piccadilly Gardens, getting tickets and information for SailRail (paper tickets only) at Manchester Piccadilly is a nightmare, even worse is platforms 13 & 14 at Manchester Piccadilly to Holyhead via Chester, Crewe or Lladnuo on Transport for Wales - the planners have zero common sense here and it would be way better to operate SailRail services from Manchester Victoria, preferably more direct services to Holyhead
They were mainly refurbished for 2 reasons: a) Quality of life upgrade: They needed the trains to last for many years to come, so an upgrade inside keeps the train from feeling old and dated. b) The interior is still the same from Virgin Trains, so I would assume Avanti would want to put their own colours and branding through a refurbishment programme!
@@777Trainsif these Avanti trains were used for direct services from Manchester Piccadilly to Holyhead without using platforms 13 & 14, they would be way better than TfW tiny and packed trains via Chester, Crewe or Lladnuo - even Northern Rail’s larger trains from Manchester Victoria to Chester is way better than TfW’s sardine can trains
It definitely isn't the same as the original BR Blue livery, not sure about Merseyrail, because back then the doors were the same colour as the walls, which is illegal now.
Oddly yesterday, ive heard 3 319s running routes they wouldnt occasionally run on, like BPN - Man. Airport, BPN - York & BPN - Doncaster via Man. victoria & Leeds
@@777Trains I remember when everything was grey and blue. Now with all the different liveries on the railways it is easier to appreciate how well done the blue and grey was done.
Post Production Correction: *1 The Class 319 is still in service, following a delay with Class 331 unit transfers from Yorkshire, the Class 319s are still provisionally being used. They will likely be withdrawn within a month or two.
