Voila, that looked pretty simple.I got the same problem on the.I don't have the big pull.Ei that i'm trying to get off the bolt snapped on the opposite poli, the small one
Hi, sorry for the delayed response, the top valve will go in plastic side first, so you end up seeing the metal base when you're looking down into the manifold.
I used a small die-tap and screwed it in and then used pliers to pull it out. They all came out in one piece. One of them had a broken piece around the bottom of the valve.
There isn't any pushing involved, the main drive shaft fits into the drum on the engine, and the drive shaft extension fits around and covers the main drive shaft, so when you extend the pole the drive shaft extension is sliding out but still connected to the main drive shaft. Hope that makes sense.
@@Zerep1 I have since figured it out! The Damm thing from someone else had taken the extension shaft and reversed the c clip from the outboard position to the inboard position which allowed it to slide away from the gear head. Once I moved the shaft to the outboard side of the bearing sleeve at the end of the shaft it now functions perfectly! The crazy thing is the parts diagram assembly drawing had it wrong.
Hi, sorry for the late response, from what I recall it should slide back on without a lot of resistance, and I used a rubber mallet to make sure it was snug.
I am currently attempting repair on a 103, same as 133, it disengages as the extend drive tube is isnt being pushed forward as the outer housing is extended. I took it apart and found that the splined drive tube is pushed by a plastic hub which is pushed in succession by three springs with each having a plastic CENTERING hub. The fourth spring contacting the bearing sleeve of the extendable housing only contacts and pushes the sleeve which in turn pushes the housing. The spring does not contact or push the drive tube. The drive tube has a c-clip that stops it from bypassing the bearing sleeve of the extendable housing. Only when retracted does the gear head make engagement as when extended the drive tube has nothing to push it with its housing! How did this thing work when new and now the drive tube falls away as I extend. As an experiment I removed the final, fourth, spring and like magic it works as the plastic center hub moves forward not having a spring in line holding it away from the drive tube! What a conundrum.
@@deek3048 it’s possible to cut the bent part off, the only issue is where it’s bent. Possible to end up with to little spring tension or to much. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-waTF34ydkJA.htmlsi=9fZGS71vqH2qkE2J
Hi buddy I bought some replace valves but the inside valves that connect with the rest of the water pump looks does not keep stuck on the bottom like the other I removed it looks like the exact same size but if I shake hard it falls is that normal ?
The spinning drill bit didn't work for me, what worked for me was just hammering in the bit until it really bites good, putting a cloth over the edge of the bit and putting the pliars over that so it won't slip then pulling really hard. I was about ready to give up.
Ok i keep trying to dowbload pkpure. Is that right? Cause I'm getting some stupid crap that's not the app. I'm 16 days in. Almost threw this bitch at the wall a few times but walked away. I am at my wits end. Someone please please. Walk me through this. My brain hurts from all the reading, videos on RU-vid, constant factory resetting. I just want it to pair. It Kross telling me the headset isn't found. I wanna cry
@wheezrrr701 buddy's getting angy and the reason your not able to pair is because you need to have the same account on your phone as the admin account on your headset you don't need to do this.
I'm working on a EW4040 AAA pump. How do you remove the Unloader Regulator Seat ? I am pretty sure my pressure problem is with the Regular and Seat. I'm ordering the 7105410 unloader regulator and it comes with a new Seat. I just don't know how the old Seat comes out
Did you download the apkpure app on your tablet? And then from there download the meta quest app? Or did you just download the meta quest app? Do you understand what I’m trying to ask?
Can I put the newer hrn 216 engine into this mower? I have a hrn that has broken plastic where the wheels go and it’s all messed up. But the engine is still kickin strong. I want to put that engine into this chassis. Is that possible? Is the transmission engaged simply via a tension belt?
Commenting for others. The check valve part number for the 10.0GA13 pump is 7106691. These are discontinued and can no longer be bought. There is a new replacement part and its number is 7108750. The new replacement valves are not compatible with every single 10.0GA13 pump and only work for the following models. There are different versions of the 10.0GA13 with additional part numbers located on the bottom and that's what the 5300 numbers are. 90038 10.0GA13* 530010 C-41 53BRD35 AAA Pumps 90034 11.6GA13 530006 53BRD40 C-45 Series AAA Pumps 530007 AAA Pump Sincerely, somebody who bought the new valves excited to get a broken pressure washer back up only to find they don't fit and the only way to repair it is to buy a $300+ valve body. P.S. My pump was 530003 so if you have that the new one's won't fit.
I am amazed at how difficult they make the assembly of these mowers. I have pulled a few of the Honda engines from the model, and all the bolts and over-engineering make my head hurt! Thank you for a great video though- it has helped me several times.
I bought one with electric start and like new condition for $35. Will be replacing connecting rod, piston and new rings for $70. Getting flywheel off, to me is the hardest part. Some reason they are on there. Had to take starter off too.
I have the same mower and it broke as the engine was all locked up and have to be replaced. Is it worth spending about $400 to replace just the engine 190cc honda just like in this video, or is it better to buy another lawnmower?
Fuck yeah, thank you! Got a Dewalt pressure washer with the 900036 AAA Simpson pump and these valves have been kicking my ass. All of them are seized in there. Was originally just trying to check what condition they were in but the pressure washer decided that it wanted new ones.
OH MY GOD. I tried literally everything else, and only this worked... Personally I used the 198 release, as the newer ones didn't work... I didn't expect such issue and wanted to throw my oculus out of the window at first lol, but this one worked as a charm
