@@karthikmane31 normally you could do one panel per side, I did half the hood and half the windshield which technically equals one panel, it’s not that big of a deal, even if it was really dirty after the prewash, glass is stronger that the clearcoat and it wouldn’t leave micro scratches on it. those sections of the car aren’t the dirtiest as well. But yeah normally one panel and you flip side, after two panels you go and dump it in the bucket. 👍🏻
@@ericwright1075 Thanks for the comment! ;) I sprayed Gyeon WetCoat, I have a bottle of QuickBeads waiting for me so I’m trying to finish this one to try it out haha
i just now played this back without watching, listening with my airpods in and it was great!!! i need to go back and just listen to kris, kristi’s and bruce’s…awesome work!!! 👍🏽🐿️💨
Thank you Franko! Didn’t have time yet to watch Kris and Kristi but Bruce really hit a home run with his video, nice audio, quality and nicely filmed as well. I’ll go watch the other two to compare and see who I vote for. 👌🏻🙌🏻
Hi There🖐 I believe your demonstration was not a true method of rinseless washing, but a combo of the foam rinse foam wash method and a rinseless wash. In a true rinseless wash you do not have a water hose or a foam cannon, so you do not rinse off the first application of the rinseless solution but go right into the wash with the sponge or towel. With the method that you used I think that you should have sprayed the rinseless solution again, after you rinsed off the first application. If a newbie was watching your video trying to learn how to do a rinseless wash they would get the wrong impression of the normal way to do a rinseless. I would suggest you make a comment that there are other ways to do it especially if one does not have access to a hose or foam cannon. Just my $.02 worth!! Keep up the great video work, great sound quality! Cheers!!.. 😎
Heyy! I appreciate the time you took to explain it with more details. In this video I was trying to give many options for people who don’t have many tools, so if you only have a foam cannon and nothing else to spray it, well I guess it would do the job. Normally, on dirtier car I like rinsing my prewash instead of not rinsing at all, it is true I could have sprayed my rinseless again but I don’t even see why that would absolutely be necessary? The grit which would potentially scratch in the contact wash will all be gone from the pretreat. And the rest the contact wash will do the job. I understand your point though, that more lubrication is always best in a wash. I think that the normal people who would try this way would still get great results and won’t really care if it isn’t « the right rinseless wash method », as long as the car is clean and that the wash doesn’t scratch the paint, they will be satisfied. But again haha I did a rinseless wash video so I should have probably done it right to begin with😂 Thanks
@@FanNETiqueAutoSolutions ceramic gloss isn’t too bad of a product. You can use a clay towel after Rinseless wash! Turns out nice. Can’t wait for the next video!
Hi Fanatiq, regarding the cleaning ability of rinseless wash and incredible suds is quite similar. I wouldn’t be giving the advise to not use rinseless for a dirty car but instead to incoporate a rinse, ideally with a garden hose or pressure washer after letting the rinseless dwell.
Thanks for the feedback and the tip, I had a talk with Yvan yesterday and he also said that incredible suds isn’t more powerful in terms of cleaning abilities, I was pretty shock because on what I’ve seen, in comparison on panels with just a pre treat, incredible suds seemed to be cleaning and removing more dirt. Also with the ph of 8.5, I thought it was « stronger » but hey seems like we learn everyday.
Thank you! Would it absolutely be necessary to apply again rinseless after the pre treat? My contact wash with rinseless wouldn’t have any risk of scratching since I removed the surface dirt with the pre treat?
@@FanNETiqueAutoSolutions There are still dirty areas for sure. The pre-rinse will not fully eliminate all dirt. That is why it is still advisable to re-apply rinseless on the paint before the contact wash
I know I wasn’t proud of myself on this one.. was exhausted and had to wake up 2-3 hours after finishing this job, so I prioritized sleep instead of the video on the spot.. I’ll have more ceramic coating videos coming where I show exactly how it’s done. Thanks for watching.
@@magic555The product inside the CG bottle was diy detail’s rinseless wash, I just put it inside a CG bottle, but the dispenser is called a pro-blend bottle proportionner, I bought it from Carzilla, you could put it directly on diy detail’s 16oz bottle, they work great.
Another great and informative video! I love the Rinseless Wash, it is so versatile and cleans the interior so well too. I washed all my house wimdows with it and dried w the ceramic gloss, turned out beautiful streak free and no paper towels needed.. Keep up the great work.
@@rmachetti9717 thanks again for the great comment I appreciate you a lot! But I already liked rinseless before, but in the last couple days/weeks, it’s been something else, I almost only use that haha it’s so much faster and easier
Just use the big container of normal turtle wax with an orbital buffer after a good wash and dry. Keep it out of the sun, and it works just as well and it goes quicker
Thanks a lot! Here the products I used were p&s brake buster as my cleaner, and ended it with a spray on rinse off protection from DIY Detail called Quick Beads. Did you want a full list of my products or just for this video exactly?
